To say this album has a clean sound is a massive understatement, I swear they sterilized this with the same bleach I’ll be “using” after listening to the rest of the tracks. Yes I know not having listened to all 22 tracks may invalidate my opinion a good deal, for all I know the last 11 songs could be the best I’ve ever heard. But I hardly wanna take that risk, what I really wanna do is listen to acid rap until I forget everything I heard from this monstrosity. Sadly, I’m worried I’ll never be able to shake the feeling knowing how hard Chance fell when I’m listening to his best works. The big day? More like the big...well...ya know.

Very disappointed in chance the rapper terrible album expected more from him

This album was such a disappointment and since this is his first album it didn’t reach to my expectations. The entire time he was just talking about how much he loves his wife on every single track

Not sure why people like Chance the Rapper. To me, his voice doesn't sound too good. I did like MadeinTYO and DaBaby features on Hot Shower.

This ain’t it chief

At first listen, I was a little underwhelmed up until 5 Year Plan, then I started to catch on to all the samples and throwbacks. Now I’ve been listening to the album for about a week on repeat, and it’s a really entertaining listen. There’s a lot of great samples and random throwbacks that you’ll catch if you grew up in the ‘90s, which really give you that happy nostalgic feeling. I’ve been really surprised by all of the negative reviews. I think if people go back and listen to this album in the right mood, they’ll enjoy it a lot more.

Not about it

Chance the rapper is definitely underrated. Ever since this new album came out I haven’t stoped replying it! Before that I’d listen to his other music on repeat as well. I just can’t get enough. It’s all so cool and fun, good vibes and chill, at the same time. I also enjoy the skits. They’re different and I really like that. Love the collabs, beats, all the lines, just everything I absolutely love.

If you are buying this album keep in mind it’s nothing like his freshman album. You honestly gotta be in a uplifting and loving mood to enjoy this LP .
