On “Out of Luck,” Lil Tecca addresses his come-up in the music industry alongside the various negatives that come with his stardom. While specifically covering people changing their opinions on Tecca due to his newfound fame, the topics covered in the track are reminiscent to an Instagram livestream where he divulged his disdain with his recent come-up; following the success of his chart-smashing hit, “Ransom.” Prior to the official release of the track, Tecca teased the track in an Instagram livestream, showcasing the majority of the track.
