He's still got it! Possibly better than before. Many tracks left me speechless, jaw-dropped mid-song thinking, "How can he still be this good and spit lyrics so incredibly quickly?!?! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!" I did not buy this when I first heard it came out, but now that I got the opportunity, I am ecstatic. This is unbelievable. Just...wow. I've grown up with Mr. Mathers since his first album. I am amazed. He is awesome and needs to release albums every year. As a bonus, nineteensih tracks for $7.00. Thank you, Marshall. Incredible.

They make garbage music and have 0 respect for the ones who came before; Like Run DMC, Ice Cube & Eazy-E. Hearing and being part of Marshall’s Journey to find himself and his voice has truly been a Ragz to Richezz story that will be told throughout the ages. This album, Following up Kamikaze, and before that, “Revival”, shows exactly that; growth. When your that age (my age), and your still spitting and putting out Fire like in 2000, Means Marshall isn’t just some “hot song” of the moment. He is the definitive poster boy for longevity and survival in the rap game and music industry. His music has inspired myself, as well as millions across the globe! Don’t ever stop, Em! The greatest lyricist is back at it again. Less political and less hip-hop(py) than the last two albums if you weren’t into them. More Slim Shady LP-ish. Just good lyrics and rhymes throughout. No real diss-tracks, but still has some quick jabs at individuals that needed to know he still sees them. Uncle Alfred adds a nice touch too!

This is where Em finds his pockets no other MC can and I like all the features some more then others but overall this album is amazing the flows the beats the production is bad in spots and great in others but “Darkness” is one of those songs that in 10 years we will look back at it and see the absolute genius in the writing easily one of the most complex songs he’s ever written. 4/5 as it was lacking in places but overall better complete album then the last 2 kamikaze was just an attack not even an album it was an assault on the hip hop he helped make, that abandoned him. Overall great album.

GARBAGE music being released by a musician thats been making music for 20+ years. Yet I see no Dre, 50, Obie,Lamont or any of the (former) Shady Records artists.

This album is absolute 🔥🔥🔥 it’s best listened to front to back. It’s a roller coaster of bars and emotions.

Not as good as kamikaze, initially I didn’t much like the album, but after listening to if for a couple days it’s grown on me

Beats? Fire He brings Dre and Alchemist back Features? Fire Young M.A’s part was a bit lackluster but all the other ones were pure heat! Flows? A ton Whatever kind of flow you’re into, this album’s got it. Lyricism? Do you even have to ask? Full of double entendres and metaphors. My favorite Eminem album since the Eminem Show.

The element of surprise is the release of album and delightful is the fact he decided to hold his ground (in hip-hop) regardless of critics( the same one who will sing praises for his selling and lyrical abilities after he leaves the arena but refuse to celebrate the difference in opnion during his existence). Rather than holding off, shady delivers knockout punch, this is not a pleasure listening for snowflakes especially the ones who will deliver judgements without listening or understanding the full context of a bar or lyrics or his actions. Despite the criticism it is a fabulous record which is not afraid to go in deep to reveal the darkness thanks to creative lyricism, genius double entendre, skillful flow, right beats, transcending story telling capabilities, with solid production by Marshall, Royce and all artists. The list goes on just as you keep listening, it is un-fadable!

I love this album it is lyrically incredible and the beats are great. Another good album by Em. I agree with the below review saying when he raps really fast it’s difficult to know what he’s saying and you can’t exactly rap along to it. The beats are heavier and darker but prefer the beats and bars from Kamikaze which in my opinion is the best album of his newer LP’s. For people giving 1 star because of the Ari comment, yea it was unnecessary tbh but Em’s said a lot worse before. After the incident he publicly called for donations to the British Red Cross too. Em mentions 9/11 on prior albums and no-one mentioned anything then. If you’re a true Em fan then you would know what to expect from him, he’s always been this way and he’s not going to change. I do prefer his old stuff but overall the album is pretty good.
