The 30 second preview for "Hips Don't Lie" is terrible. That song really is one of her best. The video is pretty good too. They need to have more of her voice on the preview. The album as a whole is great. Her Colombian accent on the English words really gives the music a cultural and musical depth.

The thing with Shakira is is that she doesn't have a "weird" voice she has a unique one . Not to saying that I liked everything she sang at first but it is something you have to get used to after a few listens. Anyway my favs are: Something, Hips Don't Lie, and La Tortura. Overall one of Shakira's best albums if I were you I'd get Oral Fixication and just buy She Wolf as a single .

I hate her and her songs and her voice

I guess I'm the only one who thinks this girl has no talent. I can't stand the sound of her voice, which by the way is the sound of a drowning cat and/or Kermit the Frog. The only person who can pull off that closed throat sound when they sing is Jewel. Why Shakira ever became famous is beyond me. The only explaination I can think of is that she's hot. I just don't get it.

Tiene Record for the most play song in USA in a single day! Y es increible que despues de mas de 6 anos aun sea top 5.. Para los verdaderos fans y seguidores de buena musica, les aconsejo comprar el single esta muy accesible por si no lo habian comprado legal ;)
