I've had this album as a cassette.. twice. Cause I wore it out. I've had it as a CD...twice. Cause I wore it out. And now via iTunes cause... I can't wear it out that way. Though I'll,try! It reminds me of a love that will never be lost- Faithfully!

I am fortunate in that I was a teenager in the 80s....and a kid in the 70s...so I was able to hear and see a lot of these super groups....these guys like many other arena bands practiced and perfected their songs for the large audience....Steve perry is an amazing singer....but the whole band is technically very sound....the music is pretty timeless..I would add stoned in love to this cd, which summed up many of my summers...I am glad younger people are finding these bands and getting blown away....a lot of the new junk on can't even hold one lighter raised up to these guys.

Steve Perry's voice is renowned for being the best rock singer of all time, and I wholeheartedly agree. It's so clear, flawless, and beautiful. I love all of these songs, and I'll give a shoutout to my personal favorites, Any Way You Want It and Don't Stop Believin'. I love love love Journey!!!

Iv downloaded the album and I listen to it every day and I blast this music on my Bluetooth speakers! And sounds great! I'm only 13 and Im in love with every album they made even without Steve perry!!!!

This album is just great! There isn't one song in this one that I don't like. They are very iconic from the time period. I remember listening to these songs for the first time and fell in love with them. Journey is one of the best examples of classic rock and roll during the 80s. I recommend this album for those who want to listen to a great group and don't stop believing!

Faithfully I would listen to this music till I die because it has something that music today doesn't posses. Soul. These people made wonderful music back then and I do realize that some people now a days are trying to make good music but it doesn't come close to what is made here in this album and others like it. I'm sixteen and growing up my parents listened to this music so I was naturally listening to it and thank god. I ask some of my friends if they've heard of Journey or Lynyrd Skynyrd and they say no and I don't know how. Culture today is awful and it would astound me if music like this came back for some time.

This is one of these collections take you to the past and brings you back to the present, listen again and again without a break. One of the most and for me the best 80's band in one album, and with the real Steve Perry the one and only. Defenitly something that must to have.

I love Journey and this album. Whenever I am in a terrible mood, I play this album I automatically cheer up. I love Faithfully, Lights, Open Arms and Don't Stop Believing. One of my favorite albums!

This album is a must have if you like Steve Perry. When he left the group,they got a guy very similar,but if you watch and listen closely he can't hold a candle to Steve.

All of these iTunes Journey albums have neen remastered with Arnel, nowhere does it state that and this is misrepresentation! I am angry!!!! Unacceptable if I wanted Journey with Arnel I would by the new stuff! I wanted Steve Perry. I want my money back and "Journey Official" and iTunes need to let the public know thesehave been remasterd with Arnel's voice

Oh man, this is classic ballad rock, Perry's full amazing voice and tender beautiful lyrics. This band is still relevant after all of these years, they stood the test of time. Listen to this with Steve Perry as the one and only frontman the greatest of all time. Recently inducted into the rock hall of fame these guys so deserve it. I appriciate the original version but I think Joe Mcelderry has relaunched Journeys career by singing this song effortlessly on the x factor for which the band should be eternally grateful.

It doesn't get better than this. Lose yourself in Perry's vocals and you'll be hooked. Watch out though, once you're in, it's a lifelong affair...

What a band! Steve Perry is a vocal god and is my total hero. I aspire to sing like him and anyone who comes close has natural talent. The Journey ballads are inspiring and give you that feel good shiver every time you hear them. Don't Stop Believin and Faithfully are equally my favourite songs of all time. I would also look up Arnel Pineda who is the new lead singer for Journey and also a Superb vocalist.

Cant believe some people have only downloaded this after watching a shocking X-Factor cover by someone who will be no-one in 2 years time. This song is 1980's classic and is timeless, to compare it too Joe's bad karoake version is a complete insult to the band. Some other great tunes on the album to particularly 'Any way you want it, Lights and Only the Young'.

Everybody who says Joe killed this song is wrong...Joe introduced Journey to a whole generation...the whole reason Don't Stop Believin is the most listened to song in my iTunes library is because of Joe!! Lets be honest this is only here doing so well at the moment coz of Joe of x factor who by the why way wrecked it with his version but this is a classic and still an awesome track buy it so it beats Joe McElderry's song in the Christmas charts(so hope he don't get no 1)
