It addresses some comments about her personality, career and choices as an artist and person, using her alter-ego “Scarlet” to do The song peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 dated Sept. 16, 2023. It became Doja's first solo number-one after peaking at #1 with Nicki Minaj in 2020 with a remix of Say So.
