Man, this album came out when I was a freshman in High School... This was the hottest back then... J Lo still is pretty good...

it's clear that J.LO is the album that established JENNIFER LOPEZ as a mediocre singer in the worlds eyes. Many consider this to be her greatest album but this is in fact incorrect. It's her most popular due to it's singles including "LOVE DON'T COST A THING", "PLAY", "I'M REAL", "AIN'T IT FUNNY" and "I'M GONNA BE ALRIGHT", which believe me are the only smart songs on here that actually work. There's a couple others like "Walking on Sunshine" and "that's not me" which are alright, but the bottom line is this record as a whole isnt' impressive. HOWEVER, the singles are among some of her best work ever. I would highly recommend the first group listed above. But i'd stay clear of the rest of this.... it's over-processed and not that impressive. I expected more from this woman after her strong debut ON THE 6, which was highly influenced by her heritage. JLO is simply to Britney Spearsish...... not good enough for Jennifer.

I only enjoyed... Love Don't Cost A Thing... this was pretty much the BEST song on the entire album. I'm Real... mildly entertained, the remix is MUCH BETTER! Play Come Over I'm Gonna Be Alright Secretly

My first J-lo album I bought..... And I must say sticking to movies should be her first priorty!! You get good beats and can't produce good music.... Go Figure!!

No one can make a better dance album then J.Lo. The remixes of I'm Real & Ain't It Funny are great. Every track is danceable. My favorite track is PLAY!!!

J-lo is a waste of money and time. She can't even sing she has a very annoying voice. J-LO or should say JUST LOW is simply trying to be madonna but thats never gonna happin. Dont waste your money on this poorly sang album. Buy somthing original and tasteful like the music by Beyoncé, Madonna or Evanescence.

This album is the best album that I've ever heard! I don't think that anyone can do better. All the songs are amazing, I wish i could find another album like that. I love you Jlo!!!

Walking On Sunshine is amazing. it's all really good stuff. J.Lo has done a good job on this one.
