Only 3 songs arent fillers: Chic 'N' Stu, Innervision, and Boom! The only released as a single is Innervision. Chic 'N' Stu is my favorite System of a Down song ever. The most popular song on the album by a landslide, I-E-A-I-A-I-O is a filler. I reccomend Chic 'N' Stu, Innervision, Boom!, Bubbles, I-E-A-I-E-A-I-O, F**k The System, and Mr. Jack.

This album is my favorite one yet, this was systems way of seperating themselves from all metal out there, if you think, they never really meet all heavy metal standards, and if you don't believe me, you should definetly buy this album.

This album, coming after the debut and Toxicity, is probably my least favorite of the 5 albums. That being said it is still a 5 star album and is still amazing, System is just that insane. 1. Chic 'N' Stu...Great way to start things off, heavy and fast with funny vocals, it rocks 10/10 2. Innervision...One of my favorites on the album, a great vocal performance by Serj 10/10 3. Bubbles...Another heavier one and I like the chorus 9/10 4. Boom!...Its a powerful song, it has a very strong message 10/10 5. Nuguns...I like this song a lot, it took a little bit, but it gets super catchy and the guitar and chorus rock 10/10 6. A.D.D...A great song, fast paced, reminded me of the first two albums, easy to get into this one 10/10 7. Mr. Jack...Its slow, but it also is very powerful, love the vocals 10/10 8. I-E-A-I-A-I-O...My second favorite on the album, the vocals are everything, super catchy and very addicting chorus 10/10 9. 36...46 seconds, enough said 10. Pictures...Another one of those songs ont this album thats just hard for me to get into a lot 7/10 11. Highway Song...For me, the vocals are everything for this song 8/10 12. F**k the System...If you don't like to hear the "F" word, do not buy, but the vocals are good and its pretty catchy 10/10 13. Ego Brain...Without a doubt the best on the album, vocals are incredible from Serj, one of his best songs, and its is super catchy, one of my all time favorite System songs 10/10 14. Thetawaves...A great song with great guitar and great vocals, easy to get into this one 10/10 15. Roulette...It's slow, kind of awkward vocals from Daron, but after a while, you learn to like it 8/10 16. Streamline...Good way to end it, great vocals and pretty catchy lyrics 10/10 Overall it's another heavy, awesome System album and it has some of their best songs, pretty good for some songs not good enough for Toxicity!

Mr. Jack, F**k the System, and Ego Brain.

I LOVE system of a down. all of their albums are very good and..."crazy". I think this is the most random album. I love every single song of this album and i enjoy the fast music and the lyrics that almost all the time you don't know what they're saying, hahaha. I have all of their albums and this one is the one that has the fastest songs. REallly good album

every day i find a new completely awsome song by SOAD, whether its old or new. There will never be another band again that will sound even close to these guys.

This album gets too much credit, I don't think its very good, but still SOAD. I still like Chic n Stu and Streamline though.

When I first heard about this album I was sceptical but I soon ate my words. This album is one of SOADs best. Some of you say roulette is one of the worst but you just need to figure it's meaning and it's a great song. Same thing with Mr. Jack.

I am serious, all the songs are great, even 36. This Album is SOAD at their best, do not just buy a few songs, buy the whole damn thing, its worth it

Awesome album. Soad doesn't get respect they deserve because of some of their simpler songs and hard to understand vocals. This is a shame because they are trying to communicate such a strong message but so few understand the meaning. I saw a comment on mr. Jack where someone thought it was about "some guy masturbating on the side of the road in the morning" such a pity

For a complication disc, this CD is great. All of these songs could've been on Toxicity. Serj speaks a lot on this album. Probably the best songs on this album are Chic 'N' Stu, Innervision, Boom!, A.D.D., I-E-A-I-A-I-O, Highway Song and F**k the System. A masterful work indeed. Just wish the Boom! video wasn't so liberal.

Chic N stu - Excellent song. Comedic, but manages to be heavy enough for long time listeners. (9.5/10) Innervision - Addictive beat and fast riffs, memorizable lyrics. I don't know how this got removed off the original "Toxicity" (9.5/10) Bubbles - Don't really get it, strange song, hasn't caught my eye. But I like the bridge and the chorus a hole lot, everythign else isn't really anything special. (8/10) Nuguns - I love the chorus, and the solo at the end. Acoustic guitars = system of a down shredding awesomeness. (9.5/10) A.D.D. - Really dark, but the song itself... I really don't know how it got removed from the original Toxicity either. Probably one of my favorite songs though. (10/10) Mr. Jack - Really dark like "A.D.D." only starts off a bit slow. After that, be preapred to go on an insane ride. (9/10) I-E-A-I-A-I-O - Great song, lots of tongue twisters & raving chorus. Not my favorite, but a great song on the album. (8.5/10) 36 - Weird little song, if it has any meaning... uh... whatever, but it's a really short song, not really ear candy. (5/10) Pictures - Weird song, hasn't caught my eye. (6.5/10) Highway song - Great song, I really don't know why they put "Song" after some titles. They could have callen "Prison Song" simply "Prison" just like this one. Regardless, it's an excellent song. (8.5/10) F**k the system - Great song, a bit weird, but all strangeness aside, it's pretty awesome. (8.5/10) Ego Brain - Hasn't caught my eye too much, but I like it after giving it another listen. (8.5/10) Thetawaves - Hasn't caught my eye too much. But it's still fast-paced like many others. (8/10) Roulette - Slower song, but it sort of signifys the ending of the album. (8/10) Streamline - Not my favorite. Don't really like it too much. (7.5/10) Final score - 8

System of a Down is my favorite band! But I have a little problem. I purchased 2 songs from this album before purchasing the entire album. When I downloaded this album i got all the songs plus the 2 i purchased so now it's like this. Can someone tell me how to delete one of each song without have to use more money.

Definately System's best, next to Toxicity. Songs like Chic 'N' Stu, Boom!, F' The System, and I-E-A-I-A-I-O really prove that System of a Down can sing about something as random as John Dale and pointer fingers or something as serious as bombings without losing their hardcore sound. This album isn't worth listening to if you don't click that "Steal" button under the artwork. Did they remove it? Aww. Buy it or steal it, you'll be glad you got it. A five out of five.

I've always like System of a Down. They have a unique style that I can't help but liking. I know people that say these guys are just a typical metal band. That simply isn't true. This band has raised the bar for metal bands today. They make songs that make you think about what they just said. They make strange and amazin songs and it always seems to sound new. Despite sounding new every time, you can't help but liking it. This album manages to capture the best parts of System. Songs like Mr. Jack, Highway Song and A.D.D. are ones that you can just bang your head with. Almost every song is catchy and worth 99 cents. It's 16 songs that will make your head nod to the beat and you'll love every second of it. It's a true shame that this band went on hiatus because what they did for modern rock music cannot be expressed in words. To summarize, whether you buy or steal this album, it's worth it.

system of a down is not as hardcore as i would like it to be. i love them because they are original. they are one of the best nu-metal bands out there.

Ok. If you rate this album or any other S.O.A.D. records below 4 stars, you've got to be strung out on heroin and crack or you're just freaking stupid. System of a down has never had a bad album (below 5 stars). There are favorites but it doesn't matter.

One of the best current bands continues to deliver with powerful lyrics and song meanings in songs like "Boom," while still sounding amazing. It's what they do best right? Anyway, where to start? Oh yeah... buy the whole album. It is a great deal. 13 dollars for 16 songs. If you are only looking for a few I'd reccomend Streamline, Roulette (if you like slow, acoustic songs), Mr. Jack, Boom, and F**k the System. All in all, a great album. It's too bad some people look at this album and quickly shrug it off thinking it's filler...

In this case, the title deserves to be taken at face value. System of a Down has been one of the most creative and influential bands to ever hit the rock scene. Their own unique brand of art metal has a sound of its own. As always, the band reaches into its bag of tricks and pulls out the good stuff: spastic ramblings, darkly beautiful melodies, awe-inspiring harmonies, and nonsensical poetry. I never cease to be amazed at how SOAD can use their "tried and true" formula for music-making while still sounding totally original. Steal This Album! is a must-have for any System fan. Whether the band is making a cutting political statement (BOOM!) or spewing gibberish (I-E-A-I-A-I-O), System of a Down never bores. However, listen at your own risk. System's songs have a tendency of making all other forms of music seem bland, cliche, and overdone.

It isn't that good and it doesn't have any famous chart toppers on it. Boom! and I-E-A-I-A-I-O have very likable chorus' but the verses rn't that great. I-E-A-I-A-I-O is a fun song, with many possible meanings, but the problem is it shows the Nu Metal side of them, with a lot of rap in it. Boom! has a really addicting chorus, mainly because it's mostly one word repeated rapidly. The verses have no singing in them however. I don't recommend this unless u've seen all the other albums (Maybe skip hypnotize)

This Is one of there best. The song 36 is funny as hell I laugh everytime I hear it.

Steal this album was not nearly as sucsessful as Toxicity. Many people refer to it as a collection of B-sides and outtakes which is not true. This is an official album, and its a good one. The songs have a great variety to them. Some are heavy(A.D.D.) and others are soft(Roulette). Some are funny(Chic n Stu) and others are serious(Mr. Jack). While it may not be as good as Toxicity it is certainly more unique. Buy this album.
