I love this album. :) (: There's not a whole lot to say about it sept that Gunpowder & Lead is like an amazing, classic country song that everyone hears in their head when someone says the word 'country. Miranda Lambert may not be very pretty, but her talent definately makes up for it. Lol

I absolutely love Miranda Lamberts music. She my complete favorite artist ever. She has so many great songs but she tends to be a little overlooked, so im really excited now that she's getting a lot more radio play with 'More Like Her'! Last summer I went to her free concert at the Dodge County Fair in Wisconsin and it was absolutely amazing!!!!! The best concert i've ever been too :)))

Alright this has won album of the year but it deserves every friggen award in the book . It has a range of ballads and honkey tonk songs. She sings like a angel songwrites better than almost any 1 in country right now. Kerosene was amazing but crazy ex -girlfriend should win every award. Ran just needs a breakout hit and shes set. This should be album of the year in 07 08 and 09 !

Ran is a great great singer. This album is the bomb, & I can't wait until Revolution hits stores September 29!

Miranda Lambert is a very original Country singer of this generation, and this album prooves it. Each songs' style varies, from super sassy and sexy "Gunpowder & Lead" to the mellow and calm "More Like Her", Miranda can bring it all. Unfortunately, her vocals in a few of the songs, such as "Getting Ready" suprisingly aren't as good as usual. No matter, Miranda Lambert has a way of shining. :D

Miranda Lambert arrived on the scene at the same time as a slew of other blonde female country singers. In particular she was up against Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift. The release of Crazy Ex-girlfriend proved there was no competition. Let the other girls fight it out over who will be on the next issue of Vogue. Miranda is perhaps the most unique female artist playing today. Her voice is uniquely her. Her sound is inspiired more by Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash and Hank Jr than Faith Hill. Nearly every song on Crazy Ex could be a hit if given a proper push. Buy this album. You won't be sorry.

If you came on the reviews to rant that Lady A and Carrie didn't win awards then you picked the wrong place to do so. I like those artists also, but Miranda deserves to win sometimes too. She is an awesome singer and works hard. Love You Miranda!!!

Miranda Lambert rocks on Gunpowder & Lead!!! I found the rest of the music a little slow and melancholy for my liking, Miranda does the rockin' country really well, would love to hear more of this type of music from her.

This album is just like the rest of her other releases... a few good songs, with the rest being forgettable and bland. Miranda Lambert has an average voice, but since she sings with a country twang, the industry has been fooled into thinking this means "good" music.. in fact, she just won both ACM and CMA album of the year off the mediocre album "Revoulution". Why is it that Carrie, Wreckers, Lady A, Band Perry, Jessica Harper, Jason Aldean, and even Uncle Kracker can put out better albums than this, yet lose to ML?? The answer is she is riding the industry hype machine this year and they have chosen her to win this year no matter what, no matter that she continues to put out just so-so albums, built on hype and the lack of "twang" female singers on major labels right now. If anyone truly compares "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" to say Carrie's "So Small" or "Just a Dream" there is no comparison... Underwood is plain better all around, vocals, lyrics, and complexity. CU came from American Idol, ML came from the cheesy Nashville Star... but does anyone ever dare mention that about Lambert? No, because then her pure authenticity would be exposed for what it is... she's another bar-band singer posing as true country.. leave that to Reba, Loretta, or Dolly please.

This album is freaking amazing. You can never doubt her, her albums keep getting better and better. Her songs have so much meaning to them. They're just so real, and you can easily relate to them. & If you think this is good, you should see her in concert. She is just so full of energy and there isn't one negative thing you can say about her or her music. Definately worth the price, one of the best music you'll ever hear. (:

Miranda has done it again! Another wonderful album. However, if you cannot afford the whole CD I recommend Gunpowder and Lead, Dry Town, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.

Miranda Lambert is what country music is all about and this album greatly exemplifies this. Lambert pours out her emotions not only in the writing of each song, but also in the singing. Taylor Swift wishes she could be like Miranda Lambert - a real woman who isn't scared to be in a fight. One of the best songs of off this album is Gunpowder and Lead which shows Lambert's powerful approach to singing. It's hard not to want to rock out with her. She really pulls on strings with her Easy from Now On which is a moving and lovely song. This album rocks!

Miranda Lambert is such an amazing artist with an amazing voice (and I know this from concert experience), and this album that she made is exceptional. I love every song on this album, and that is no small feat! This is definitely worth the buy; this is her best!

Definitely not as good as Carrie Underwood. I like a few songs on here, but some of them are a little TOO classic country for my taste. Gunpowder and Lead is good and Love Letters is good, buy those but not the whole album.
