"If Your Reading This" is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard! Tim sings this song with such raw emotion and it really comes through. In my opinion, it's the best song he's recorded to date. Great job, Tim!

I am a fan of Tim McGraw's for years. He just keeps getting better. I lost someone very special to me who was killed in Iraq, the song "If you are reading this" really hits home. It is one of those types of songs that is heartfelt with sadness enough to make you cry but also feel ok afterwards. It is just what we need at times like this. He is a great singer and I also enjoyed his duets with wife/Faith Hill. I recommend cd.

I'm a big McGraw fan, but this CD is boring compared to his others. Sounds like mainstream, soft country. I do like a couple songs...but, all in all, I don't recommend it.

This is not his best cd ever.. however last dollar..i need you.. & if your reading this are really great songs and im sure you'll at least like them when you hear them.. give them a try..

I have been dying to download this song ever since I first heard Tim do it on the ACM's in May. 3 months I have had to wait and now I can listen and cry to "If You're Reading This" anytime I want with my ipod. Thank you oh so very much for putting this out here Tim!

This is one of his greater albums. He still continues to make grrrrreat music.

I already wrote a review for his earlier 13 song'd album, so this will be broad. But the new addition "If You're Reading This" is one of his best songs ever, and it is a great pleasure to be able to own the song on the new CD's of Let it Go.

Tim McGraw is the best and im glad he came back and made us another album another great one I love his music If Your Readen This, I Need You, Let It Go, Last Dollar etc he is a one of the greats!!!

His lyrics, his voice - his songs can bring me to tears, or bring a smile to my face. "Live like you were dying" brings my to tears every time. He is an amazing artist. This album has so much heart and soul. "Let it go" is one of my favorite songs on this album, it is upbeat. "I need you" is a slow sexy song with Faith, also a fav. and "If your reading this" is an amazing song. My first time hearing it was on the music awards and it gave me chills. AMAZING, with every album Tim out does the last!!

That song is just so powerful. Honestly, I cried when I first heard it. My dad is getting deployed soon, and hopefully that note never gets read. I can't even begin to summarize in words the emotion held in this song- it's just so amazing. Thanks to Tim McGraw for thinking about everyone overseas! God Bless The USA

Tim isn't one of my most favorites but he puts out some good music!

I am a Tim Mcgraw fan, and have been for a very long time. I have to say Tim McGraw keeps getting better year after year, but this CD was one of the best ones and the song "If your reading this" has to be the best ever written. Tim & Faith seem to be the most gracious people in the world. This song proves his ability not only as an artist but as a song writter, along with the Warrens Brothers of Course =) Thank you Tim for another amazing song. WELL DONE!

"If your reading this" is a great song. All the parents out there should explain to their children that FREEDOM ISN'T FREE ! It is sad that in this day and age most young people don't understand the ultimate sacrifice made by brave Americans to keep all of us free and safe.

Tim is an excellent artist who has a way of bringing out some serious emotions. While I was serving in Iraq, I listened a lot to "Live Like You Were Dying". While there I had the honor to send 74 brave Americans home on their final journey. I never shed a tear...IF YOU'RE READING THIS...I finally did. God bless all of our men and woman who serve, their families and Tim McGraw for putting it all into words! Thank You

This is a great album, but I felt obliged to correct the reviewer. I believe the line in "I Need You" is I want to dance to the static/of an AM radio, not a "neighing" radio, whatever that is.

The song "If You're Reading This" is the most touching song i've heard in a verylong time.It really reches inside of you.I think the military needs more songs like this,not only to keep them motivated,but also for the families that have lost loved ones in the war. Great job,Tim, keep it up!

Tim McGraw is one the best country singers out there today. If Your Reading This hit me hard when I first heard it. It reminded me of my dad who past away on active duty Army in April of 1998. Thank you Tim for all your beautiful songs.

I saw him in concert with Faith, he sang most of the songs off this latest album and knocked the socks off the whole arena!!!! He's sooo Hot. I love you Tim!!! P.S. Between the River and Me kicks A**!!!!

I watched as he performed this live on the Country Music Awards... it blew me away then and each time I listen to it. This is a powerful and beautiful message about our troops - those that are still fighting and those who have already come home.

if your reading this is one of the most emotional songs I have heard in a long time it has put my faith back in music actualy being good and meaning something Every time he sings about not being there for the birth of his little girl it just hits the right chord my wife is pregnant with our first child a girl and I could not imagine not being there for that moment as many soldiers have given up those great moments and more and I just want to thank them for their service and Tim for this monumental song Thank You for putting many of our feelings in to song

I joined the Marine Corps in 2001. Tim's songs have gotten me through my own deployment to Iraq and my husband's three deployments. Of all the amazing songs Tim McGraw has performed, "If Your Reading This" is the best yet. Thank you for putting into words what my heart feels every day. I love the song almost as much as I love my husband. Every time I hear it, I thank God for our safety and protection of us in the jobs we do each day for the country we love. I still cry every time I hear it, but it's tears of thankfulness, happiness, and no regrets. It's a reminder to never take life and my husband for granted. This song hits home like none I have every heard before in my life. Thank you, Tim - you're the best.

Thankyou for the last few minutes of joy you bring to me each time I hear Last Dollar fly away. On June 16th 2007 my son little sister and myself were returning from the world championship Horse show when our trailer was struck. That day my son sang "fly away" to the top of his lungs with his "big"sister. That was the last words they sang. It is a beautiful song that is so very true. WOW!!! When I feel that my life is tough, I just listen to "If You're Reading This" and things take on a new perspective. This is real, and that's what I love about Tim's music, its real and heartfelt. Thanks to Tim McGraw for such a powerful performance, thanks to iTunes for making this track available, and thanks to the troops and their families who make such an incredible sacrifice so that we may live in freedom.

I'll admit I was a Tim McGraw fan before I listened to this album. That said, I would encourage anyone who has a serious interest in music to give this collection a listen to. From the arrangements to the actual orchestrations to McGraw's genre busting vocals, this is a unique work. As I listened the thought kept coming back to me that this album is much more than just a new country music release from a platinum selling country music star. This is something different... certainly there is a distinctly "country" edge to these recordings but McGraw then goes to blurr the boundaries between country... old style rock and roll.. and even some R&B thrown in for good measure. In my opinion, this artist is helping to usher in a evolution in country music and I think everyone will enjoy the ride!

I LOVE THIS ALBUM!!! I know every song on it and HIGHLY recommend it. However, I do have one comment...I bought this album when it first came out in March 2007 and now there is a newly released album...this one. It was released on August 7, 2007 and the song "If You're Reading This" isn't on my copy, so I have to pay $0.99 more just so I can get this song. Does anyone know of a way to get it without having to pay again? I assume there isn't a way, but I thought I would mention it. LIKE I SAID...this album is GREAT...but make sure you buy the version that was released in August 2007, not March 2007 or you will not get "If You're Reading This." The March release only has 13 tracks and ends with "Shotgun Rider," another GREAT song!

I've been a Tim fan for a long time! I'm, probably, obsessed and completely dedicated to his music. I bought this album in Target back in March, and it's great! Here is my custom review, after listening to the album more than one hundred times. Last Dollar-His first release of this album, and probably the most energetic. Love the kids! I'm Workin'-A proud salute to the working man, sure to be a classic! Let it go-A deep, almost gospel sounding song about life and the pursuit. Whiskey and You-The title says it all. Purely Johnny Cash worthy. Suspicions-Great cover of the original, with a hard-hitting country flair. Faith must be up to something.... Kristofferson-Funny song about Kris and his music. Now, we just need Kris to write a song called 'Taylor Swift' and we have gone full circle. Put Your Lovin' On Me-One of my personal favorites, full of guitar and Tim's amazing voice. Nothin' To Die For-A touching song about the other side of drunk-driving. Between The River and Me-For anyone who knows the story of Tim's abusive ex-stepdad, this is an autobiography. Train #10-Another personal fav. Full of emotion. Touching. Just buy it! I Need You-Faith overpowers it, but the song is lovely and Tim sounds oh-so wonderful. Comin' Home-An easy ballad about home and family. Listen to it and decide if you like it. Shotgun Rider-A good song, great voices, Faith Hill backup...what more can I say? If You're Reading This-The song that made tears roll down people's faces at the ACM's. If you have not heard this song, you need to hear it now! I loved this album! Tim outdid himself here! He is pure country talent! I can't wait to see him next summer on his 2008 tour, and I hope the next album is as good as this one. Then again, with Tim, we know it will be better!!!!!!!

I am not a fan of Tim McGraw and this album will not change my mind. I am a combat Marine that was injured badly in combat and I hate the song "If you are reading this." It is a bad song in my opinion and it seems to me as an attempt to sell songs by pulling on the heart strings and playing on the war. The lyrics are just bad. I have never known anyone to ever write a letter like that. "I need you" is even worse. The chorus is simply awful and the comparisons are lame. Like a needle needs a vain, like my Uncle Joe in Oklahoma needs rain, like the Father and the Son need the Holy Ghost...? I am sorry; it is just an awful song. The songs have a nice melody and I think that is what people are hooked on.

I can't listen to this song without it bringing tears to my eyes. My husband was injured recently in Iraq and he's lost some good friends over there. I thank god my husband came home to me and I grieve for the families who have lost their soldier. They are heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice for this great country. I am proud of my soldier and am proud to be his wife. I love this song so very much and have shared it with other Army wives who all love it as well. I have always loved Tim McGraw! When i heard "If Your Reading This" for the first time i was in the car with one of my wonderful friends, going to say a final goodbye to an amazing and truly wonderful friend of ours that meant the world to us! He was about a week away from coming home from Afganistan. He along with all of my friends, family and everyone in the military are forever in my thoughts and prayers! That is now his song and everytime i hear it, i think of him! Thanks for this, it means the world to so many people!

My big brother just left on his first deployment for 7 months and when i hear this song i cry. I miss him tons and this song is just great, somehow it helps me cope. Thank you Tim Mcgraw! What a big heart you have.

This is one of his best works yet! My husband, who tolerates my Tim McGraw music, even liked this album. He liked that no only are there country songs but there are also songs that my husband calls "Rock". I was a bit peeved that my pre-ordered copy of Let It Go obviously didn't have "If You're Reading This" and that I had to buy the track thru iTunes meaning my car CD doesn't have the track. But my iPod does so that's all that matters.

I love this whole album. Another great one by McGraw. Thanks for the song "If You're Reading This." As the wife of a deployed soldier and mother to two of the strongest kids I know, the fear and reality of the war are always in the back of my mind. I, and many like me, appreciate all of the thoughts of support. I know that there is never a dry eye on post when this song is played on the radio.

I think this album is very sensual, I dont like sensualness...so if you like this album then maybe you should go cut off your lower lip with a pair of toenail clippers. Tim McGraw shouldnt even be called a country singer, he should be called a hountry singer, because he is so hountry that it makes me want to go squirt out large quantities of buttery diarrhea
