I thought this was an amazing album because it had all my favourite songs on it!!!

Micheal Jackson was definately the king of pop!! Just be aware of Earth Song it is actually the radio cut. if you want the full version of Earth Song get it from the This Is It album but over all great songs, great album & great singer

My favourites are Smooth Criminal, Beat It, Thriller, Billie Jean, Black or White, and Don't Stop Till You Get Enough. This album really represents that Michael Jackson ia an amazing musical genius. Therefore, all the tracks are amazing. Unfortunatley, they didn't include some of his other amazing singles.. although that would be a very large album. I would reccomend purchasing this album and then buying some of his other tracks on his other albums.

Even though most of these songs didn't make it to number one, it's still a good indication of Michael's raw talent. There is one song missing, which did go to number one - Say, Say, Say - with Paul McCartney. I assume that it wasn't included in this compilation because it wasn't written by Michael. Still, this compilation is a good buy.

Great 5 out 5 stars album, there is no doubt. Every song is simply wonderful. Michael's vocal ability is one of the kind, and his songs are unique, complex and multi layered. The thing I don't like about this CD is, many of his great songs are not included. My recommend Album is History. If I had to choose between Number 1 and History, I would choose History, because History covers all of his greatest hits PLUS a whole new 5 stars album, some great pictures and lyrics. History is the album to buy of all time. But if you don't want to spend too much money, then Number 1 is better.

Though I wish there were some other great hits that he did in here, they weren't number ones, and this album probably has the songs that everyone has heard, and if you haven't been bothered to get an album of his until now, it's worth it as tribute for the entertainment he has provided us over the years.

The tracks that I have purchased already from this album are great, as you'd expect, so I have been trying to complete this album as offered to me for 85p for months but every time I press "buy" I get a message back saying "we are sorry but we are currently working on this album" or something to that effect. Apparently it's only £3 at HMV for the actual disc, could have saved money there I guess!
