I don't understand how most of his songs have low popularity ratings. All of his songs sound great and are very well written. I love the songs 83, Not Myself, St. Patrick's Day, and City Love. Whenever I listen to his music, he always inspires me to write a song of my own even though I might be the worst lyricist imaginable.

This song is incredible. I was lucky enough to see it live once, and it sounded exactly the same, if not better. Definitely a must have.

I bought this album when it first came out and listened to it over and over for weeks. Am I the only one that recalls that John had made it so that the album didn't have a 13th track? Some kind of superstition I suppose? "St. Patrick's Day" was actually listed as the 14th track. Fun fact ;P

Room For Squares is a great CD, it's fun to listen to and all of the songs are different. The guitar work in this is astoundingly good, especially in Neon. If you don't know a lot of John Mayer, this is your time to get to know him. A great buy, worth the ten bucks!

Mhm! I am addicted to No Such Thing!!!! so much truth and meaning in it. i can picture and feel myself being in john's place in this song and i really connect to it. you know someone is a good music artist when they can do that. well done well done

By far his best albulm theres no song on here i dont like . Its like a rainy day sitting at a coffee shop chill albulm a truly golden masterpiece.

I think this album and Heavier Things are John Mayer's best. Starting off with "No Such Thing" and "Why Georgia," you can just keep listening without skipping any songs. It's all so good.

From the mean streets of Brooklyn, a kid like me listening to, "JOHN MAYER" is GREAT!!!!!!! It came out in 2001 but, it sounds like he just made that album. "Back to you", is a great song. S..t the whole album is good, a must have. "GOOD LOOKING JOHN"!!!!!

What no one seems to realize, is that this album is the best one of them all. As previously mentioned, his guitar has disappeared, and it saddens me. The guitar is outstanding throughout, and I feel this album is amazing.

This album is better than Heavier Things. Better than Battle Studies. It's even better than Continuum. I'm surprisingly impressed and joyful every time I listen to it. From back to back. Every single time seems to be a new experience. Magical. Don't waste your time and buy this. This is one of the best albums ever.

This is definitely the best John Mayer album of all that has come so far. Not only are the lyrics hypnotizing but the sound itself emotionally connects you to them. I hope to hear an album like this once again. Something I enjoy listening to at any time.

This is John's base cd, he exploded from here and did his best work here. Every song is solid and worth the listen. If you were to buy any album by him, it should be this one.

I listen to a wide variety of music from all different artists and even compared to the all time greats in my opinion this is the greatest album I've ever heard top to bottom. Listened to it in the car as a child and now as a grown man I still love it

John Mayer doesn't have the best voice but he is incredible song writer and musician. I don't like most new music today but John makes the difference. His songs are beautiful and catchy and that's what makes a good successful artist. If he would just settle down and clean up his act with women.

I never listened to John Mayer but in '03 I bought this album and it helped me make decisions that changed my life for the better. Great album with great tunes that just make one feel better about life.

Ok, John Mayer owes me dinner or at the very least a thank you on his next cd:)) I have bought this cd three times, in three different versions! The first an indie cd in Atlanta, then the more polished version on Aware, and now the major label debut. If you like Ben Folds, Dave Matthews, Barenaked Ladies to name but a few, then you will love John Mayer. This guy (kid really) has got talent just pouring from him. He plays a great guitar, great voice and writes witty lyrics with hooks that stick in your head. The over all groove is kinda jazzy-pop. My fave tracks are "Back To You" an amazing mid-tempo love song worth getting the cd for alone, "Neon" is so catchy I sing it long after the cd ends, "Your Body Is A Wonderland" a really sexy ode, "My Stupid Mouth" great, clever lyrical tale. It's just an awesome cd, best find of 2001. I've been listening to it non-stop lately it just boosts my mood. Buy, buy, buy.

This album never gets old. I lost the CD and ended up buying it again on Itunes. I've been a fan of Mayer's music for a long time and regardless of his fantastic musical ventures, I can always go back to this one and enjoy the waves of nostalgia. It's like comfort food for your ears.

It upsets me that the mainstream-pop garbage that are so popular have thousands of likes, when such a great album like this only has 460... This album is remarkable. Each song is better than the last. It's been awhile since i could say that about an album.
