For her age Cher still has a very strong voice, she has always been an inspiration in the music business and also a great mother to her kids, she has inspired many young woman and has proved time and time again that there is nothing that is too challenging for her to sing. This song "you haven't seen the last of me" really shows just how great the woman and the voice is for this song. Awesome movie, brilliant songs.

We all know, the movie was pretty lacking in acting by Christina, but she's got pipes. Nobody can deny that. This album reflects that. It's pretty freaking awesome. :)

I found this to be an amazing movie and sound track. The movie is great from start to finish. It is done with alot of class and Cher and Christina were great. I would recommend anybody that hasn't seen it to take time to watch it. The music is addictive. I can watch it over and over.

10 song is not enough, LOL! Anyway, this album has a variety of songs. There are love songs, songs about Burlesque, party songs, emotional songs, you name it! Christina has 8 songs which she uses her killer voice in. Her songs where she wails out high notes are "Somethings Got A Hold on Me", "Tough Lover" and "Bound to You". She also sings "Express" and "Show Me How You Burlesque" which are a mix of party songs and Burlesque songs. They are amazingly fun and fairly clean too. I also love Christina has some fun with her other songs on this album which she sings perfectly. As for Cher, she prooves that 64 is not to old to sing. Her first song "Welcome to Burlesque" intorduces all of the dancers in to movie and is a very sexy song. Her other song "Haven't Seen teh Last of Me" is likly the BEST song on the disc. She uses such emotion that it can make you tear up. They lyrics are simply inspirable and amazing and her voice is like an angel. I love this album so much. Worth buying even if you didn't see the film.

I hav always liked Christina aguleria but this album is the best she has EVR made.... I'm only 11 and I love to sing and dance so whenever I hear show me how u burlesque u Kant stop me from movin.... All the songs r gr8 but my faces r show me how u burlesque and tough lover!!! So if u no ways good for u then I would get the album!!;)

I bought this album and it won't play more than 30sec of each song. It is like I bought the samples only. I paid my money ($9.99) and no matter what i try, all I keep getting told is the problem is with my software. Not possible when every other album works just fine. All I want is someone to make this right Either get me the songs on the album since that is what I wanted (first choice) refund me the money (last option since what I REALLY wanted were the songs). I realize that my submission is only 1 of 80 that will be negative and I doubt it will be read or even acted on but is it that much to ask for someone to do the right thing?

The songs in this soundtrack are catchy and sure to stick around for a long time. There's not too many modern day musicals that can pull that off... I'm sure these songs will be considered classics some day.

I'm 10 and I saw the movie and it's really great and funny. I'm in gymnastics and for my floor routine my music is Show Me how You Berlesque. It's edited and doesn't have words though... So it sounds pretty cool and it has snaps in the music to my routine so my coach has me snap in my routine. It's cool.

Finishing off what could be described as not the best year, Christina Aguilera ends on a high with the soundtrack to her motion picture debut. In some repects 'Burlesque' could be described as 'Back To Basics' part II as it's sound marks a return to the same jazz/soul influenced music employed in her 2006 chart topper. Stand out tracks include the brilliantly entertaining 'Express' & 'Show Me How You Burlesque', the moving 'Bound To You' thats right up there with the best Aguilera ballad, the Etta James cover 'Somethings Got A Hold On Me' and the anthemic 'The Beautiful People'. These 5 songs alone stand as shinning examples as to why Aguilera is thought of as the greatest singer of this generation. The 2 tracks sung by Cher, the first originals in 7 years, will also not dissapoint any of her own fans. Excellent soundtrack to match 2 excellent voices!!

Wow, after Christina's lack luster 'Bionic' effort it's great to hear some 'bump and grind' that teases and shows off her voice without going too far. It's a short album and i'm sure there are some other songs in the movie that could have been added (by other performers) that said ,you can't help but dance around to this. Cher is fantastic, her two songs are worth the price of the album alone. She truly IS a legend and these two tracks show why. 'You haven't seen the last of me yet' is classic Cher. Awesome. I cannot wait for the movie now.. I'll be playing this from now till Christmas.. and beyond.
