this is great stuff i really like this band

I really dont see how you can think of this album as post hardcore. This is a brilliant metalcore album. Post hardcore is Fall Of Troy, Alesana, etc. But this? No. I love it. The breakdowns are tasty, it's heavy, and it just rocks. I love the new om&m. More metal :)

Kind of dissappointed. If you actually buy the CD in a store or even download it, the song names change. Also, it doesn't include When You Can't Sleep At Night on the Itunes version. Seriously regretting buying this album on Itunes. It's a fantastic album though. I'll definitley keep up with them. Though Shayley left, Austin is also taking over cleans. Waiting to see what happens with that. Much Love guys <3

this is a really good hard hitting album by OM&M with a lot of great catchy songs but for some reason whenever try to listen to this album (or try to listen to it) ill get through maybe 3 or 4 songs and then ill just an extreme case of ADD and have to change the album…. but i don't understand because this should be a great album but i cannot find myself being able to finish getting through 3 or 4 songs…. reminds me of dead throne by TDWP or WCAR's new album… they're good but all are so repetitive and boring! sorry OM&M. you guys are still dope though

Out of all the albums i have this is the top five and is very consistant and changes up the style and sound a good bit. The album starts with a rough, lifting song and progresses to combine both screaming and clean vocals. A truly different song, yet satisfying is My Understanding which utilizes clean vocals to a point of beauty. When the album reaches Product of a Murderer, which is a similar song to o.g loco, tgis song is my personal highlight of the album. O.g.loco- 7 Ben threw-7.5 Let live-6.5 Syill ydg'n-6.5 My understandings- 8 Ohioisonfire-7 Purified-7.5 Product of a murderer-8 Repeating apologies-6 The great hendowski-7 Im a monster-7 Hidden-when you cant sleep at night-8 Complaints- the hidden track is in my top three but isnt on itunes. Also the album is consistant but not any clear classics that i absolutely fell in love with. Album-7

This album is truly amazing. My personal favorite is Understandings but...I've been trying to look for the song "When You Can't Sleep At Night" and it's not here because-???? That's what I'd like to know.

This album is fantastic as well as the first one. If you liked there first album you will def enjoy this one!!

Being a diehard fan of the self titled album & following Of Mice through every tour that Jerry Roush filled in for; I can honestly tell you that The Flood not only stands out as a sophomore release in and of itself, but is every bit the album that the self titled was. The vocal melodies, the groove, the bassdrops & of course: The breakdowns. The Flood is a monster.

In my opinion, I suppose this is best album, I personally like this album because they're well coordinated with mostly all of songs of their album. Sooo 5 stars for them. \m/

honestly, after the self titled album i was fully expecting for a letdown from OMAM i didn't think there was anywhere to go. I was wrong. The albums blows itself wide open with "o.g loko" and austin's screams for the whole album are again mind boggling. That little grit to scream during "just to watch it burn" in o.g loko is nuts. Shayley is perhaps one of the best clean vocalists in the industry today (well was i guess since he left), purified is a beautiful song. One thing that kinda bothered me is carlile still talks a lot about christian ideas (purified, great hendowski, still ydg'n) but then they turn around and swear (ohio is on fire, I'm a monster). While Idc if bands swear, i am a christian so this kinda puzzled me, thats perhaps the only negative thing i can say bout this record. Its simply fantastic

Awesome but I will miss shay

This is an incredible sophomore album that shattered my expectations. Listening to their self titled album in the weeks coming up to the release, I thought, "they really can't get much better than this". Well, They did.:)

Very well done i love every song!! I bought the hard copy and it has an extra song itunes didnt put up "When you can't sleep at night". Very slow soft kinda acoustic song where shayley does some really nice work.

O.G. Loko -9/10 Nice chorus, Great song. Ben Threw-6/10 Alright nothing special. Let Live-8/10 Again pretty decent. Great Chorus Still YDG'N-9/10 SOOO SICK. My Understandings-10/10 Amazing song. Ohioisonfire-7/10 Great live I'm sure. Purified-9/10 Really nice song. Product of a Murderer-7/10 Nice breakdown song. Repeating Apologies-8/10 Nice cleans. The Great Hendowski-7/10 Alright. I'm a monster-8/10 Nice finish lots of good screams. Overall GREAT ALBUM!. Liked it much better than the self-entitled as there were more cleans.

I personally love every Song on this album! Each and every song has an individual personality that stands out in a breathtaking approach. They're not your average scene kid screamo band! They are young men fulfilling their dreams and goals of becoming an amazing band, who's music could rip apart mountains!!! 

If you're a fan of Hard Rock, like, at all, you must have this album. Buy it!!!

Of Mice & Men out did their self on these album, them and like moths to flames made me a fan of Metalcore, to me these is the album of the year but no grammy people will and didn't even know the band's name, but hope you in joy the album if you get The Flood

I finally bought The Flood off iTunes. & it's more clear that I like it more now than ever. The Flood has an amazing compilation of Songs. Owning the Cd of this as well, I wasn't very impressed although I liked a few songs off it. But now I love every single song. Austin Carlile is talented musician for sure. Of Mice & Men is one of my favorite bands. Favorites: O.G. Loko, Ben Threw, Let Live, Still YDG'N, Repeating Apologies, Ohioisonfire, Product of a Murderer. (:

Of Mice & Men is extremely talented. This cd is gripping, emotional and powerful. Plus, these guys are amazing live.
