Great album! Even thought this isnt the true sound of Green Day it still has their charactoristics and quality. Its a great album overall.

Not really Green Day's best work, but there isn't ANY Green Day work that isn't good. I like the songs, but not as much as I like some of their other songs. I discovered Green Day through American Idiot, like most people did. But now, I've heard almost all of their old work, and I think that Nimrod is their best album yet. Shenanigans is good, and if you want it, it's worth buying.

Suffocate is super awesome, Desensitized is very addictive, You Lied is really catchy and has great lyrics, and of course, Ha Ha You're Dead. :)

at least that's what he said. that is the fourth best green day song. my other favorate songs from this album are suffocate and do da da. this album is coolio dude fatey. I just totally lost it. :(

How come no one heard of this album except the true fans? It's great! American idiot is the worst album compared to their other stuff

This album was a huge disappoint for me. None of the songs are memoriable or have me wanting to listen to them again. I enjoyed Espionage, only because it was a spy movie sounding song. Most of these songs won't catch your eye and you shouldn't bother with this album.

Theres not a single bad song on this album, and if some of them had been released on differnt albums they could of been hits. The must buys (in my opinion) are Desensitized, Ha ha your dead, Outsider, and my all time favorit green day song , You lied.

In this album they're finally starting to sound better in their songs.

I think only the originial albums really deserve credit, but this ones an exception. Before they went all b****y, they had great stuff. This is an example of how a great band can go directly away from good style. If you're buying Green Day Online, STICK TO STUFF FROM BEFORE '04. Otherwise, you're one of those poser GD fans.

Now for my review-this album is really good. It kind of goes back to their early 90's songs. Green Day totally rocks. Like I said above, this album doesn't get enough credit. Billie Joe's songwriting is as flawless and honest as ever, and Mike's song, Ha Ha You're Dead is just as good. Just because these songs didn't make the albums doesn't mean they're not as well-written as the rest. Actually, I think there are some songs these could've replaced. Well done as always, boys.

Gotta be honest, this album takes some time getting used to...also i didnt rly like it when i got it, but the first two songs i fell in love with were Suffocate and Desensitized....you may not feel the same way, but thats ok...My point is all the songs are great, but it may be hard to get used to for some people. So just be patient...

Like I said, I was just poking around looking at Green Day and I came across this! Each song is so uniquely catchy, it's kind of funny that I have never noticed this before. My personal favorites on this album are Desensitized and Don't Wanna Fall In Love, though there are many other great songs as well. It's actually pretty cheap for fourteen tracks, but I'd say it is a pretty good deal! As soon as I get the money, I'm definitely going to my closest CD store and buying this! I highly recommend you, reader, will too!

I really like green day but this cd could be a little bit better. I feel that Nimrod is still the best cd.

That song rocked. As do the rest of these awesome musical masterpieces! At first, I thought this was a "official" album, but then I found out the songs were all b-sides and previous un-released material 'n stuff. Either way, this is a sweet collection of fun songs. BUY.

When I used to think Shenanigans, I thought of Green Day's bad album, no good songs, but now I know better. I like Don't Wanna Fall in Love, Ha Ha You're Dead, and I Want To Be On TV. Don't Wanna Fall in Love has funny lyrics and a nice beat, Ha Ha You're Dead also has funny lyrics, and I Want to Be On TV has a great beat and lyrics.

I am a huge Green Day fan, been one since Dookie came out. This album is awesome for B-sdes. My fav is Ha Ha You're Dead. It is worth the mone to get this cd. You will regret it if you do not get it.

This album is much like other Green Day side projects, (Foxboro Hottubs, The Network) as some of the songs are different from their other albums, but still retain the band's unique style. There are really no throw away tracks on this album, and at $7.99 its a great deal for the entire package. My personal favorites are You Lied, S*****g, Rotting, On the Wagon, and Ha Ha You're Dead :)

Alright I am unashamed to say green day is my favorite band, and this album relly pushes the punk sound out of your speakers. If you enjoy green day's older stuff, you will definetely like having this album around.

This is a collection of b-sides and rare songs, not available on other albums. All the songs are but my favorites are Suffocate, Desensitized, Outsider, and Do Da Da. Overall this is a great album.

This is a really great album. You can even hear how they began changing there sounds, and begining to head toward their darker American Idiot side.

'Shenanigans' is just that, songs that unfortunately didn't make their way onto prevoius CDs. From the hilarious "Ha Ha You're Dead" to the cover of "Tired of waiting for you", this CD is the least put together of all Green Day CDs. But that's how it's supposed to be: Random songs that got put on one random CD. This was the album released right before the "American Idiot" craze, so no politics make their way onto any tracks here. In fact I purchased this album after "American Idiot", 'Dookie", 'Insomniac", "nimrod", "Warning", "Bullet in a Bible', and "International Superhits!", and was pleasantly surprised. This album is pure Green Day fun, and highly recomended!

Another awesome Green Day album,3rd next to dookie and nimrod. Whats great about this album is that it is alot more self-effaced music than other green day albums and its almost as funny as dookie. It's Not about the hits, because 1 of my faves is tired of waiting for you and that didnt get close to the billboard hot 100

I am a diehard green day fan, and when i first heard this album it sounded very different from most green day. The songs are more on the mellow side, but it is still amazing you should buy it.

A great album with some awesome hits. Outsider was put in a movie called the New Guy. Great album but not many people noticed it. top 3: 1:Suffocate 2. Do Da Da 3. Ha Ha you're dead.

For me this was the beggining of Green Days failure. These songs are so apart from their earlier albums it's almost like a different band. The songs on this album are only a nuance better than the utter crap that is American Idiot. P.S. Bush is a genius.

Just one question: why is the title Scum.bag blocked out? I didn't know what is was even called until I listened to it twice already. And you can like American Idiot and still be a Green Day fan. I like it, just not as much as the earlier stuff.

When some people hear a great song, they say "oh yeah i like this band [because of their single]". Let's face it, singles are usually mainstream and claiming to like a band just cuz of their single is kinda annoying. It's the songs in between the singles that really count. Shenanigans is full of those in-between songs, and i am in love with it.

this album is HORRIBLE!, believe me, i am a long time GD fan, don't waiste your money its all of grren day's worst songs that weren't good enough to go onto an album put onto a CD, the only good song is there cover of The Ramones Outsider. DON"T BUY IT!

this album is a cover/enreleased tracks by green day, which is nice, because you can hear songs you never heard, or cover songs for the ramons and other. iTunes lied when its said that 11 and 12 are non album tracks, i took it from my library and than bought it and it was there.
