Such a fantastic collection. All the lyrics mean so much, and even the instrumentals are fantastic. Not as good as some other Metal Gear soundtracks, but great nonetheless.

i bought this album before they took it off itunes for a while before it had 29 now it only has 27 but still the music is like none i have ever heard the music goes well with the game and im glad they have it on itunes now and it is one of the greatest soundtracks i have ever heard

I love this album. The music is fantastic on its own. But in the game it just blew my mind

Man, this soundtrack... This. SOUNDTRACK. This is the best video game OST I've heard in a WHILE, and I listen to quite a few. "Collective Consciousness" is my favorite, though "A Stranger I Remain", "Stains of Time", and "It Has to be This Way" are standouts as well. Buy this OST, you won't regret it. My sole complaint is that it lacks the original version of "Collective Consciousness" (the one with the line 'the human heart is obsolete' and no wub wubs, though don't get me wrong, I love the wubby version too) and the song from the Blade Wolf DLC for Khansim. (Desert Wind, I think?) If they make those available, I'll buy those too. Other than that, a wonderful soundtrack for a great game, well worth listening to even if you haven't/won't play MGR.
