Kitty Lover 55555 - Incredible!I'm currently listening to this almost everyday! I love their lyrics, chorusses, and how they sing in harmony! My favorite song of all time is Desperado! It is complete genius! I love all the songs and wouldn't change a thing! I'll definitely buy more of their albums, since this is the only cd of them at our house. I'd recommend it anyday!

ThePurposeInside - A Very Nice Greatest Hits, Even Before Hotel CaliforniaEven without great tunes like Hotel California or Life in the Fast Lane or I Can't Tell You Why, there were the first years. It's a very good collection. Some of my favorites would have to be Take it Easy, One of These Nights, Already Gone, Take It to the Limit, and basically, every other track on this album. Still, if you ask me, this was done before CDs. Go get the two disc Greatest Hits if you want more of their material. However, still can't help how good this is.
mpscout - The Eagles in Their PrimeDuring 1971-1975 the Eagles were at their very best in my humble opinion. Every song on this album is a classic. I listened to their music in Vietnam in 1971 and have never stopped listening ot it. That being said, Joe Walsh was and still is one of the best rock guitarist around and is still rocking today. With Joe on board the band evolved and continued on down the road into rock and roll history.

proview - ExcellentThis is Eagles hits pre Joe Walsh. I love Joe Walsh, but Eagles 1971-75 is their best work. Nothing against Hotel California or the Long Run. Both excellent and highly successful records, but the Eagles lost their "California country" vibe once Joe joined the band. I prefer Eagles without Joe. The tunes on 1971-75 will stand the test of time. Your great, great Grandchildren will be listening to this record in whatever format exists in 2113...
