I think this guy has a super strong voice but the album has two solid hits, "Bring You Back" and "Don't Ya" and the rest is mediocre and boring. not a winner in the bunch. the album sonically sounds rushed, like he's singing to karaoke tracks. the mix is miserable. country music is going downhill fast. if you don't have strong songs and a decent sounding record sonically it doesn't matter how good a singer is. download the two songs I mentioned and skip the rest. I hope he does well enough to get a shot at a second record. hopefully then he can truly shine

Brett grew up only 15 minutes south of where my family and I live!! And he has a came a long way to be well known!! He's an incredible singer!

Has anyone done a google search and saw photos on this guy? His mouth looks like a fish mouth. Let's talk about photoshopping an album to have the cover appeal to a mass audience! Holy crap!. Decent sound and lyrics, but if you are going to see him in person.... you'll be surprised.

Powerful album from a powerful voice! Can't think of a better male voice in country music. There is some true respect due his way from all country music artists. A real country artists writes and sings his own hits and this man is a prime example. A truly remarkable album. Brett will along for a very long time. Thank God he doesn't rap... Taylor Swift should be opening up for him... Hands down.

Great debut record from a powerful new singer and songwriter. What a voice! While "Don't Ya" is a fun and sexy song there is not really a bad song on this record which is rare nowadays. If I were forced to choose after a few listens, my favorites on the ballad front are "One Mississippi" and "Mean to Me". The upbeat tunes that grab me are "On and On", "Beat of the Music" and of course, "Tell me where to Park". There are playful, heartfelt and romantic songs throughout. Like most records, my favorites may change over time but these are the ones I like most off the bat. Looking forward to more great music from this guy. Was at his cd release show last night in New York and he is a great live performer as well.

This is truly the best album I've ever bought. There's not a track on it that isn't worth listening to. It's hard to find albums with that can keep you listening throughout the whole thing.

I fell in love with his voice on the Live version of One Mississippi.

I loved the song "Don't Ya." So that was the first song that I listened to. But after listening to the whole album, all the songs are excellent. I can't wait to hear more from this talented artist.

I am usually more into the twangier 90's type country music, but I love Brett Eldredge! After seeing him perform in San Diego in June, I knew I wanted to get his album because I have always loved "Don't Ya" and I am glad I bought it, his voice is so awesome.

Brett is the perfect example of a great singing, well mannered, and very appealing young man! I can already tell he's going very far in the future.

Love the smokiness of his voice. Reminds me of my fave Marc Broussard! Buy the whole album. Keep up the good work, Brett

Don't wanna waste my breath, everything worth saying's already been said... So let's go on and on haha, well that is exactly what I feel like now. I heard one song, then two then I ended up buying the whole album. Worth every song! ;)

Downloaded the song "don't ya" (on of my absolute favs- he's amazing!!) but there's a glitch when I play the song. I added it to my playlist. When the song comes up, it shows the album pic for maybe a second, then skips forward to the next song. I've deleted and re-downloaded it four times now and it still does the same things. My iPhone and iTunes is up to date. Help?? :)

Doesn't pull any punches, just a straight forward album. Dude can sing, bonus track live is my personal favorite. Could be the next big thing in country!

This CD is perhaps the best one out there right now. It is the number one album in the Country section, yet I was highly disapointed that none of these songs are in the top 10. Songs like Mean To Me, Don't Ya, Raymond, Gotta Get There, Bring You Back, One Mississippi, and Waited Too Long are my personal favorites, and should be getting much more attention than some of the other music that is out there. If you could only buy one CD this year, I would reccomend that you buy this one. Final opinion, I LOVE IT!

If you're a fan of modern country music, you need to purchase this album ASAP. This is one of the BEST debut albums I've heard in a long time (and I would say I'm a very extensive fan of country music). I truly LOVE every song on this album. Day 1 of listening to it I sent a text to a friend describing this album as a "non-skippable" album-- meaning there isn't a song I skip. I'm not kidding, you NEED this album. Brett Eldredge is a down-to-earth singer. He's the kind that signs about real life things. He grew up in small town, and has lived through good and bad. You can feel every word he sings is true! It's an AMAZING album, and will definitely leave you satisfied!! Well worth your money for sure! :)
