This is the album that entered me into the Daft Punk universe. This album is a classic. There is only one issue, when I bought the album in iTunes, it does not show track 2 - Aerodynamic. I have no idea why, it is a great sounding song.

This album always manages to make me cry; not from sadness, but from the feeling of completion. 10/5 one of the best Albums. Mostly tied with RAM in my mind!

This album is flawless and I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't heard it yet. The first time I heard songs from this album it was incredible but I only heard a few, as I kept listening I downloaded more and more. The songs are incredible which is to be expected from great artists like daft punk.

Sure, random access memories may be their most popular album, but this is definitely their best. Don't just buy singles, buy the whole album.

This folks is the benchmark for the "French touch" sound. Not only that but any album produced by a keyboard with a dance beat. Slick, soulful, and catchy the album sounds like it came out in 2011 when it came out in 2001. This album houses one of the greatest dance songs "one more time". Download, sit back, and or then dance to the album.

RAM was just OK. I gave that a 2/10 👎. But Discovery is a complete ultimate masterpiece. Vocabulary is limited! I can't even describe how wonderful this album is! I stopped listening to DP after RAM 😔. But Discovery brought me back! Outstanding work by Daft Punk! This is and always will be their BEST ALBUM of ALL TIME!

I dont like everything daft punk puts out but this album is pretty good but "too long" was just too long.

This is personally my favorite album even after all these years. Not only is this great music, it has its own anime film (interstella 5555: the 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem) you should totally watch it!

I have played aerodynamic 20 times in a row and it still sounds incredible. All these songs are amazing. Well worth the $10.

Discovery doesn't disappoint. Every track on the album is extremely enjoyable, from the radio-ready hit opener, One More Time, to the 10-minute long epic that closes it, appropriately named Too Long. My favorite tracks are Crescendolls and Something About Us, while my least favorite would have to be the minute-long interlude Nightvision, but even that track flows beautifully and soothes you. One of the best EDM albums of all time.

1 star for apple and i-tunes service more than for the album… I love the album. Anyone who purchased either this album or "homework" (by the same artist) more than maybe a few months ago can no longer download any of these tracks via the iTunes store. upon contacting the apple store I was informed that the "provider had updated" the contents of these two albums and that because of this I would no longer be able to download them… I was give 5 free song credits for my trouble… 2 whole albums apple. I have to pay you for them again in order to have access to them via the iTunes store cloud?! i guess next time I upgrade my phone or tablet i'll have to sync it manually (with the wire) to my mac's iTunes now in order to get either of these two albums on it…. kind of a crap practice apple...

I cannot help it to just express how much I appreciate this album despite the date of my review. But house and electro are my favorite genres. So I just might as well state why I like it. This album though. Is one of the first albums. So you are able to compare from the new album RAM to this one and see how they have evolved both in what the music could be considered genre wise. And also what it actually sounds like. The tunes in Too Long, Short Circuit and One More Time are absolutely perfect. But i could say the same for the songs that only made more than a amazing song than for the people who watched Interstella 5555. That also brings up how i really liked this song because i could imagine the scenes in Interstella 5555 again. I really wish there was something like Interstella for the new album that would use the songs.

This is by far their best album and one of the best albums ever made. Check out interstella 555 for a feature length, space adventure cartoon set to the album. If you like electronica or want to give it a try this album is an excellent place to start. Much better than their new stuff. Just my two cents.

I'm in love with the album still. It's been 14 years and this album still makes me come back. Not to mention the amazing music videos that told a beautiful and compelling story. Honestly one of the best albums to be released by anyone, of all time, in my opinion.

There are some albums which never sound old, where each tune has its unique identity and where every song is as amazing as the others on the album. This one by Daft Punk is definitely among them. Truly a great work of art by sampling gods, Daft Punk. I became their huge fan after listening to this one.
