Fire Red and Leaf Green are probably some of the most challenging pokemon games in the series. The soundtrack is a slightly remade one from the original Red/Blue/Green. It actually includes some of the old soundtracks. Overall a great game and a fantastic soundtrack to go with it.

They should do ruby and sapphire next

Great for any Pokemon fan, especially if this was the first in your adventures. For others, if you enjoy classic chiptune then this is the album for you.

Pokemon X and Y is 10 for 212 songs, this is 12 for 90, Only one i really like is deoxys battle theme and that 1997 tower one sounds wierd.

I am thrilled that Nintendo and Game Freak is starting to realize that American audiences are interested in video game music and (more importantly) are willing to pay for them. This whole soundtrack is a fantastic showcase of Junichi Masuda's work on the series and is an excellent edition to any gamer's library. And if you're interested in the ORIGINAL soundtrack (as in, the GAMEBOY soundtrack) those songs are all on this album as well. Here's hoping they start to put there rest of the albums up, because I am ceratinly interested and willing to pay for it.

This is what we have been asking for for years. The official soundtrack from the main series Pokemon games. The nostalgia level is a 15 out of 10. I can't wait until the release in 2014 for the black and white albums, and the black 2 and white 2 album, along with the heart gold and soul silver. And the favorite ruby and sapphire.
