Faith first album has to be the best R&B album to date. Smooth ballads like "You Don't Understand" and "Soon As I Get Home" this album was put together so perfectly!!! From start to finish Faith voice makes you believe and feel everything she sings. Unlike most albums that have album fillers, this album doesn't!!! She takes you to church on "Thank You Lord (Interlude)" and make you wanna make love with "Come Over" If you are a true fan of R&B do yourself a favor and download this WHOLE album. It's worth every penny!!!!!!! Believe Me!

Mary J Blige and Faith Evans have the best debuts of all in the R&B game. I wish that this album has no interludes so this album moves smoother, that is why I have to giving it 4 stars

This album is Goood from start to finish. I like her remake of Madonna's "Love Dont Live Here Anymore".

Ms. Faith Evans has been amazing throughout the years. She's experienced heartbreak [RIP BIGGIE] and so much pain. It just makes her music THAT much more worth listening to. I mean, really listening to. Her lyrics are strong and beautiful. More power to her!

Back in the day when Mary J's My Life album dropped there was a voice heard in the background that made Mary sound bad and I love Mary. Then when I opened the booklet up there was the name Faith Evans as being credited for writing songs and singing background. So when this joint droped in 1995 I alrerady knew about her when many didnt until she married B.I.G this album is soooo tight man i wore the cd out her vocals are always on point Soon As I Get Home,You Used To Love Me and the mellow Give It To Me are my favorites Faith Evans picked a good name for her debut because this Faith at her best

This is one of the most underrated albums ever. The production of this cd was perfect in every way. Puff & Chucky Thompson created truly 2 of the best R&B discs of the 90s with this and Mary J's Classic, My life.

This is best R&B recording Ever. A must have after 12 years I still listen to this cd daily I can have a ipod full of Faith's music A vocalist that is close to perfection as it can be . Trust u can not go wrong purchaseing this album. All I can say thanks Faith for all the years of beautiful music.

I have loved this CD for 12 years. I remember when it came out I had to have it. For me this was Faith's best CD. There arent too many CDs where almost every song or every song is a hit. When you are skipping songs you know the CD will be a classic!

This was Faith's first album and I still play it ten years later! Believe it or not, it's still in my cd changer til this very day. She is a dynamic singer and songwriter, this album is a MUST purchase. If you don't already have this CD..........then start downloading, you won't be disappointed.

This has to be the best R&B album I have ever listened to! I really didn't know of Faith back in the day....just caught her song here and there on the radio. But it wasn't until a friend played her cd in my car on the way to Seattle! I was instantly hooked! I was hooked on her melodies, AMAZING harmonies, lyrical content and most of all......THE VOICE! And this cd still sounds amazing after 10 years! A must have for an R&B collection!
