I remember when "Stronger" came out & it was a "breath of fresh air" to real R&B. Sadly, nowadays a lot of the new generation likes this "crap" that they call "music" to the point that they neglect what REAL MUSIC is. Tank did express his disappointment & said he would record what his label expected of him. So this album is not the REAL TANK we know. It has some good songs but not enough to say WOW!!!!!! But as long as he keeps creating music, I will continue to be a fan, listen to & buy his music. Just listen to his voice. Now THAT is undeniable...........

This is definitely a different vibe for Tank, but I like it. RnB is viewed as swooning, slow, and romantic. I'm know within relationships, and love in general, there are different moods. I love to be loved but I also love to be naughty from time to time. Hats off to spicy it up a little💥💥.

This is Tank's best CD by far!!!! I can't understand why some people are complaining about the explicit content...(f.y.i there is a clean edited edition available). I love every song on this CD. Tank please KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!

This album is cool... But it doesn't come close to da original album!!! That album was fire from the first track! LSP2 just doesn't compare to the first Love Sex &Pain... Check out the 1st album's cover... It tells the story and his voice & lyrics tell you why the album pose spoke for the lyrical content! but hey, all Tank's early album were hot!!!

First he's a r&b soul who could KILL a trap beat!! Yasssss bae. All these songs brought me to another world. I may be late with the purchase but i had this in my wish list and finally got it. Tank never waste my money. Love every single song.

Tank is a wonderful artist and vocalist. His voice alone can carry an album; its melodic and strong so he doesn't need the "extra". The rap takes this from being a R&B/Soul album to an...I don't even know. Smh

Very beautiful voice and lovely range. The art of his voice alone is good enough for five stars in my book.

As a fan of SLP1, this project falls short. I liken SLP2 to "Godfather 3"~ an unworthy follow up to it's predecessor. What really annoys me is that even today, I can't download SLP1 from iTunes. I SPEND WAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS SLIGHT. It has been years. "Please Don't Go" was and still is one of Tank's biggest hits and the most iTunes can offer is a bunch of silly ringtones from the project. "Sex, Love and Pain" 1 needs to be available. Although I'm not a fan of this piece of work, Tank's voice is so intoxicating, I'll probably get it anyway. Tank is definitely and sadly so underrated.

Tank has done a great job with this album. I like the other artist on some songs, others could've been removed. Tank does a good job by himself. Vocals are awesome which was expected 😊. I love all of his albums. Keep up the good work Tank. I'm always a Fan!

This is all I listen to! The entire album is perfect.

This music is so generic and juvenile. The percussion they used, the features, the explicit language... come on. This is begging for radio play by using such cliches crap that somehow gets play and sales nowadays. Rich homie quan??? Nah. Now or Never was infinitely better. Can Tank sing and compose and produce good music? Of course. Is this some of it? NO.

Hey did you know there's a clean version of this record to buy. yea its right next to the Explicit tab. engineers worked some steady hours to edit everyone a whole record without "profound meaning". Sex Love & Pain II,......that's the name of the album and most these reviews are bashing this really nice record. I think they should allow us a free download of the clean version when you purchase the explicit.

True r&b

SLP1 was a great album all around. Tank did a great job following up to the bar that was set by SLP1 with SLP2. There are tracks where you can tell he is trying to transition his sound to music that will appeal to the younger crowd.. I will say with confidence that he succeeded. Maybe 1 or 2 tracks that can be skipped. Strong maybe. Album is 🔥

Been a fan since day 1 and for me, this album was different in all the right ways. The music business is constantly evolving and changing and this album captured it all. It's a mixture of modern day R&b with the classic tank we all know and love. My husband and I have is on replay in our cars and so happy to support great music. You did that Tank. 5-stars for sure, absolutely love you work.

This album was different from the rest it had all of the elements that make tank a wonderful artist. 🔥

This is by far Tank’s best album. Each song has a great sound, there really isn’t a song on this album that is not worthy of listening to. It’s been in heavy rotation since day one. This album puts Tank up there with many of todays top R&B male artist. Get it, you won’t be disappointed. 4 1/2 stars I rate it.

This album is fantastic and comes with the true rnb feel. I really love his track with Shawn stockman and the Bishop Cognac skit at the end is absolutely hilarious. Good job Tank :-)
