I usually hate when an artist changes up a perfectly good song, but I have to say I absolutely LOVE the theatrical version of Fight on Fighter. I will stay I still prefer the older version of Amen only because it’s hard to improve on perfection, though I do love Lecrae (“Messengers” is at the top of my playlist). I am also now torn on whether I like the Echosmith “God Only Knows” collab better than the original because it is pretty awesome. Well done guys!!! I’ve seen For KING & COUNTY in concert twice and continue to be blown away by how their vocals are just as powerful live as they are on their recordings. Other artists tend to fall flat in their live singing, but these guys are the real deal and truly gifted.
This album has gotten me through some very tough times. Every song touches my heart. It is rare that you have an album that you listen to every song on but this album is one! I have been recovering from a brain injury and “Fight on Fighter” has been the song to get me through my worst days. I must fight to get back what my brain injury has taken away from me. “God Only Knows” tells exactly what I feel when people say I should be better by know. “ Control” is something I have to remember on a daily basis. I am not in control and have to give up control to others who are trying to help me, as well as God who is ultimately in control. “Never Give Up” is another song that my kids say I need to listen to daily. They just don’t know that I will never give up, never stop fighting to get better. I may have a brain injury, but God has a plan and I still have “Joy”

This album touches your emotions while taking you on a musical journey. First off, the Introit, sets the stage. Joy reminds you of the kid sog many of us grew up with, but now we are adults, and still have that Joy. God only knows is so truthful. So, yes, you have to praise life in Amen. Burn the Ships is a true testimonial to the journey that Luke and Courtney his wife traveled through. Together, has brought us through the pandemic. I love Fight on , Fighter, because it's true. We need that keep on keeping on attitude. These men both love their wives. Need you More, Hold Her, and Pioneers are testimonies to the love they share. Oh, and having seen them in concert, I want to march on to Never Give Up. Hold Her has me in tears, because we all want a loved one to be held by God when we aren't able to be there in person. I first heard it when my own daughter was serving overseas and away from her daughter so this song really touches me. Joel and Luke have truly proved themselves as musicians in this Album. You won't regret purchasing it.
Just when you think fK&C couldn’t get any better, they produce these amazing remixes and collabs!!! If you can’t find one of the many versions of their Grammy-winning songs that you like, then there’s something wrong with you. I played this album when my non-churchgoing sister was visiting recently, and she was bopping along and toe-tapping to the beat and found the lyrics to be so uplifting. 💖 Luke, Joel and mates never disappoint! Very inspirational and forward thinking. Love it!

I found this band after they did the CMA Country Christmas special in December 2019. This album got me through the toughest times of 2020. This newest release takes the original Burn the Ships, and just puts it over the top! This Deluxe version is beyond amazing!!!!!

This album is great! All the songs from the original Burn the Ships album, plus 6 new ones! Everyone knows and loves Together, but just wait til you hear the new version of Joy! Oh my goodness, I've been listening on Repeat. The theatrical Fight On, Fighter is also just amazing. And the rest of the new versions are also fantastic. You should just buy this. You won't regret it!

Saw the guys in concert in Chattanooga for the drive in tour October 2020 and instantly fell even more in love! They have such a sincere heart and message and I absolutely love how they mix things up with all of their various collaborations. Can’t wait to see them live again...hopefully soon

FKC is the best band on today’s Christian music scene. Most if not all the “current” radio music is generic and sounds the same. These guys are the real deal. Control has been my theme song this year. That song hits hard, had to release a lot of control these last 18 months.
