This album is so good! I originally got it because I liked "(The Song Otherwise Known as 'Forget You')" but as I listened, there wasn't a single reck I skipped!! There are some really talented artists out there and Mr. Green is one of them. My personal favorites are: "Bright Lights, Bigger City", "Wildflower", "Bodies", and "I Want You". The album itself is great but those are the tracks that are always on repeat. Great job Mr. Green, keep it up!!!

a good album from cee lo. i found a artist on here by accident names young kofi. he has a new song on here i think its his first one. and its actually pretty good. i bought it.

There are some notable and catchy singles but the album itself didn't hold together. I'd suggest buying the higher rated singles rather than the whole album.

I love his music and when I say music, I especially mean the instruments he uses. Cee Lo is a rare artist and he takes pride in using sounds you can only get from recording with instruments, no synthesizers or beat pads used here! Also, he he can sing. I'm proud to have Cee Lo in our generation of music.

From the Goodie Mob, to your Perfect Imperfections, your transformation to the Soul Machine, to Gnarls Barkley, & now you stand before us as the LadyKiller. The song, "F" You is should be ultimate break up theme for some us that have been slighted by someone of the opposite sex. I love it! Keep doing your thing, Mr Green, you have a loyal follower.

He's got it, whatever it is. I was driving home one day and heard the song Old Fashioned and it blew me away. Talk about a voice. Talk about soul; that song says it all; he takes the best from the past greats like Smokey Robinson and Marvin Gaye, yet he retains a unique style. He reminds me that the best music does really cross genres, etc.

Cee Lo kicks it old school and makes it work. "F You" is a masterpiece of songwriting and arrangement. I dig it!

This CD is a legit classic for 2010. One of the only CD's of 2010 (Along with Kanye, Big Boi, Arcade Fire, and The Roots) That you can listen to from front to back and actually like most tracks.

So many great soulful songs like Cry Baby, Wild Flower, F*ck You, Fool For You w/ Melanie Fiona, Satisfied, etc. Cee Lo Green is one of the greatest vocalists of our generations and this album is one of the reason why he is!

I have been a fan for a few years, was hoping he would put out a solo album. The wait was worth it! The music has grown on me since I first got the album. At first I wasn't sure what I had, but I had to have the whole album. Now that I've had a few weeks to listen to it, I , find myself listening over and over just to discover something new. It's a delight to have this album on my playlist! The Retro-Soul/R & B vibe of this album will help it mature into a classic must have in the future! Well done Cee-Lo, you killed this album. Each track is a delight!

Man, what a voice!

When he's not screwing up a John Lennon song, Cee Lo Green makes for a good time. "F- You" got all the attention, but for me "Bright Lights Bigger City" is the stand out here. "Bodies", "Love Gun", and "I Want You" are also treats.

One of those albums that feels like it HAD to exist. Great stuff, hope there's more on the way.

The music is great, so is the recording production. He's got a really good voice full of personality, and thank God Auto-Tune is not apparent here. But.........the lyrics like most popular music are discusting and depressing. I can not imagine downloading this to my iPod, and pumping this through my headphones into my brain. What is wrong with people? Does this help you to enjoy your life? The 60's and 70's where this music came from, stood for happiness and the simple joy of being alive, and music back then brought people together. Everything nowadays is just ugly. Each generations kids just become more shallow and nasty, and this guy is smiling while he lines his sleazy pockets with it. Doesn't really matter, does it?

I don't ever write reviews but felt compelled to write one after hearing this album. It's great to see Cee Lo grow creatively from his Goodie Mob days to now. Excellent album, "Fool for you" and "Bodies" stay on repeat. Great job Cee Lo....

So I can't lie this review is very late lol. I have had this album since shortly after it came out, but I never really listened to it to any great extent. Now that I come back to it on a whim, I am absolutely in love with it. Cee Lo Green really has a lot of talent and I love to listen to all the songs on this album which is really strange for me.
