MJB has once again raised the bar for all of the current female artists...stratch that...artist in general. The reason she is the QUEEN is because she knows how to ride the wave of the ever changing music world but yet stay current and true to who she is. If you start with What's the 411 and listen through Think Like a Man you can hear her growth and maturity yet Mary still rocks it out and wears her crown like a pro. Love me some MJB!!! Fan for life!!!

Lots of stuff I was not expecting from MJB this year. I thought it was going to be a year off after the Christmas CD but she’s on full steam ahead. Love it and LOVE the duet with Sam Smith. Amazing. *** Adding to this. I don’t get it. It’s like she’s no longer relevant. iTunes sales are nothing for pre-orders. Her duet with Sam Smith isn’t selling and it’s brilliant. And I now have the whole soundtrack and it is what MJB fans have been waiting for for years. So what’s up with sales? No longer relevant in todays pop world? Even R&B world?????
Kiss and make up is a bad song from beginning to end I don’t know why it was not a single it is fire.
Mary J. Blige proved why she's been crowned the "Queen of R&B." While her last two albums had their "moments," they weren't fire. However, with this soundtrack, Mary reached deep with her lyrical content and ventured out with new producers and brought fresh content. She gave us music to dance to like "Moment of Love." She gave us songs to tell our men to hit the curve such as "All Fun and Games." She provided music to make dedicate to our partner including "Wonderful" and music to make us think like "Better." It's worth the buy. It tops anything she's done in a while -- besides her stellar "A Mary Christmas" album. One can only hope she promotes this soundtrack like a regular album. It deserves that treatment.

OMG!!! She has done it again..When I found out that the entire soundtrack was all Mary..I instantly pre-ordered this album. I love every song on here..she masterfully did a great job on the remake of 'A Night to Remember' classic..but I must say 'Suitcase' is the freaking jump off!!!
Mary never leaving her throne and many will come but can't create the Music Magic that she does. This album is great, great, great. As always she has something for everybody but always gives us her Unique, honest greatness like All Fun & Games and Better. I love those the most I think but Vegas Nights, Wonderful, Kiss and Make Up, Suitcase and See that Boy again are all so good too. The Whole Album should be blasted from every radio station around the world so good and classic music in the making can be heard. All of her stuff does this though. And if you didn't know now you know!
I love Mary J! But Seriously??? This can't be New Material! This sound like music that was rejected from "My Life II... The Journey Continues (Act 1)" and they just placed it on this soundtrack and called it new. I don't even like the way she sings now. That 90 early 00 Mary is what I miss!! I've loved Mary J. Blige since her first single "Real Love". She's always released great R&B music and this album is another great release from the queen of Hip-Hop/Soul. Her R&B inspirations mixed with Mary's superb vocal make for a great, clean R&B album. This is an excellent R&B album for all. All hail the Queen!

Anyone who knows me knows they'd better not EVEN talk about Mary J. around me! This soundtrack proves me right ... again! I keep hearing the term 'relevant' when discussing artists who have been around for a while. I'm guessing that Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, et al would be catagorized as irrelevant to people who gauge their like of music based on what someone has told them is relevant. This lp proves that not only is Mary J. relevant, she's a force to be reckoned with. That is, of course, if you have an appreciation for greatness. I'm a little surprised by how quiet the promotion of this record seems to be ... although based on the reviews of the movie, it sort of makes sense. If you like MJB, you'll really appreciate this album and its diversity. If you love MJB (like I do) you will genuinely appreciate how lush her voice has become, how strong and certain her delivery is and how amazingly uplifting her voice can be. It feels like reconnecting with a really good friend -- all the love is still there and catching up reinvigorates your soul. GO MARY!
My Life 2 and Stronger with Each Tear were ehhhhh…I’m a Mary fan, so i end up liking whatever she does anyway. BUT this album right here is GREAT! I feel like its a mix of all her different eras. She sounds good, lyrics are solid and the beats are NICE! She really brought it this time. Kudos Mary!! Keep it up!
