Overrated🙄 seriously she wasn’t even the best singer in Destiny’s Child. There are so many more talented African American female singers or just female singers in general!! Why is she magically dubbed QUEEN?? She strains her voice now to try to make it sound thicker like the ease of Jennifer Hudson but it just sounds strained.. she used to put out cute songs! Now it’s all weird stuff her husband prolly likes!! Beyoncé this is not a good album neither have the last 3! Crazy in love was good.👀

You literally have to be a true hater deep in your cold dead soul to say Beyoncé isn’t TRULY talented and the greatest living entertainer of our time. This album was based on a live piece she did that shoved a culture in our face in a society that chooses not to acknowledge oppression and racial injustices. The fact she did it at a predominantly white music festival that was live and streamed just shows her bravery in genius mind. Every song on this album was remixed and revamped. You get an entirely new Beyoncé feel with these songs and even some HBCU culture. The band was SUPER talented and it’s going to for sure give you a Beyoncé feel but at the same time a homecoming weekend at your favorite HBCU feel. This album wasn’t for you if you were never a fan. So if you aren’t a fan, limit your reviews on here, because this simply wasn’t tailored for you. 10/10, QUEEN 🤟🏽

This is more than just an ALBUM. It's a work of art. It's an orchestration of sound and lyric beyond the latest jam dropped by the latest wannabe star. This work took great imagination, patience, and work that the common pop star, rapper, cannot committ to or is even ready to conceive.

The creativity and hard work that went into her Coachella performances and the way she incorporated the HBC band into the songs is AMAZING. People hate so much on her but she did an amazing job. These songs make me feel like I’m at Coachella, whether you like Beyoncé or not you have to give credit where credit is due.👏🏼

Beyoncé is undoubtably a dynamic and incredible performer. But her voice and music lacks depth and genuine grit. You’ve heard her once and it’s a repeat thereafter. This album is a snooze.

Until better comes along, I stand by the opinion that Beyoncé is the best performer in the entertainment industry. I feel like anyone who is actually a performer, whether you dance or sing (or others) actually understands her level of talent, anyone who says she’s overrated has no sense of her vocal ability. She’s a powerhouse, she steps up to the ability of her dancers who are already working hard, and that’s just a plus. On top of that, her vocals are complex and she’s able to bring many stylistic aspects into her work. Whether it’s the opera sounds you hear in songs like Bow Down & I Been On, or the powerful vocals on I Care, to the complex riffs & runs that sprout in her performances. This woman truly has a very special gift, and anyone who says otherwise literally doesn’t know vocals. To see a black woman in such a powerful place is such an important thing to see for many of us, and her work ethic is unparalleled in today’s industry. I recommended watching Homecoming on Netflix if you think you don’t like her, because she deserves so much more respect than what she gets. This album is absolute fire, with all of the samples mixed in of other music, i would sell my mother for this album. Thank you for everything you do Bey.

But for her to finally pay the best live show of all time some proper studio mind and release a CD quality ALBUM?! SIMULTANEOUSLY! My heart rejoices but my wallet screams. The bonus track cover of Before I Let Go and FINALLY a proper release for I Been On are two amazing bonuses that I did not expect to wake up to this morning. What a talented individual, what a powerful creative force, what a champion of culture. I don't know a better artist.
