Timeless and memorable album, especially if you’ve been or are going through hard times yourself. It’s not a happy album by any stretch, it’s actually very lonely and despairing at times, but it’s relatable. It might take a few listens to “get it,” but once I did, I couldn’t stop listening to it. Jon Brion did an amazing job finishing the album. Mac expresses a since of bluntness and vulnerability on this album that was only really only scratched on in Swimming.

The realness/ raw, stripped sound while having this soft touch tone to Mac’s voice is unbelievable. It’s so sad that artist are shining more after death these days then while they were still here with us. 💔⭕️👑

came out just in time for a lot of people like myself who found themselves swimming after Malcom’s previous release, only to end up swimming in circles in the “ocean of life”, as Malcom painted it in Swimming. Rest easy King.

Mac continues to push hip hop boundaries on this one. A hard listen at times with how vividly he paints his pain knowing that he’s gone now.

Great album supper nice to hear is voice on some new music. Hope there is more in the future
