i love this song, but it sounds like a beefed up polished version of Hips Don't Lie. definetly better, but the latin flair you're talking about is the sound of shakira. this does have a bit more pop like the beats of rihanna. i would call her a shakihanna. yep.i still <333 rihanna more though.
