TRASH AND A FLOP Back to the donut shop officer. Officer Ricky and the Locking people up Music Group
I'm rating this one star because Rick Ross produced this.
Rick Ross is one of the best rappers around. So anyone who says he isn't should think again.
DEFINITLY exceeded my expectations
IM A BOSS!!!!!!!
A lot of bump in the trunk
Great album, altogether. While it's no My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, this album I still great to ride to. That Way and Tupac Back are the best songs.
BIG BANK TAKE LIL BANK! Cant wait 4 French to blow...MMG would a great home 4 him.
Take out Pill and this album rocks. He really doesn't fit in with the others. Meek and Wale are strong lyricists, and Ross has the voice and delivery to save him from most corny lines. Pill has neither.......-.-
I'm from Philly so I've been known Meek and liked his music, I been listening to Wale for a while and have had every Rick Ross album so this was a no brainer, idk who the hell Pill is, but he's good too
This album stays getting played on the pod though i was iffy on pillz because i never heard of his work before this album but its pretty tuff especially that rise My Opinion: 1st: G.O.O.D Music 2nd: YMCMB=MMG 3rd: OFWGKTA
Just get rid of pill and get a few more good artists then u got !MMG!
This Is An Awesome CD. Compared to all the other crap thats been released in the past few months, this will be in heavy rotation on my iPod. Also I would like to thank MMG for bringing back Teedra Moses. Hope to hear something from her real soon
This album is excellent and I can't wait for vol.2 it's a accomplishment on a magnitude greater than any other album to come out all year. The different flows and style of each rapper really come together nice to form a cohesive music experience 5/5!
this album is great pill is the weak link doe if they wanna compete with Y.M.C.M.B, G.O.O.D MUSIC or any record companys they better get a girl and better come out with some more songs. Like if u agree
Wale is one of my top three favorite rappers. I have him up there with Lil Wayne and Snoop Dogg I think he is that good. That said, Rick Ross is at the bottom of my list with Fat Joe and Gudda Gudda. I only bought the songs with Wale in them and I was impressed with Meek Mill and Pill. Still hate Rick Ross though
Thoroughly enjoyed this album. It's exactly what I'd expect from wale (who kills it) and meek at this point in their career and wale isn't even half way to where he is going to be. And of course ricky rozay doesn't disappoint. If you like Rick Ross' music in general you'll like this. They go hard and you can tell they are enjoying what they're doing
Almost every beat sounds the same, particularly tracks 2 to 6. I know Lex Luger is hot right now, but he needs to switch his style up a little. And that lady saying "Maybach Music" at the beginning and end of every song is annoying too. All of the songs are hot individually and if you shuffle them with others on your iPod, each of them stands out. But on one album, it all sounds redundant.
I'm a fan of all of these artists, but the hard beat the ross uses in a lot of these songs like tupac back, 600 Benz, etc. gets old. Not really a fan of that. Feel like it's not ross's usual style like how it was on Deeper than Rap. But I mean it does have good songs. I'll give it four stars because it does hype people up, but not 5
They only good songs on this album a couple featuring Wale. I don't understand why so many ppl like Rick Ross and MMG. They are horrible! Rick Ross has little to no lyrical presence. He just raps about guns and drugs he never closed anything but a cell phone. Officer Ricky stop screwing real MC's like Wale.
Wale go hard on that track. Rozzaaayyyy!
this cd is so under rated this Cd and kendrick lamars section *0 best cd'a i've heard this year. Rise is my favorite track something i can vibe to
RICK ROSS IS A COP. ANYONE WHO IS A REAL RAP FAN AND HAS NO PROBLEM WITH RICK ROSS POLICE PAST IS A FOOL. YOU CANNOT BE A COP AND THEN JOIN THE RAP GAME. I CANT BELIEVE SO MANY PEOPLE LIKE THIS CORRECTIONAL OFFICER. HE NAMED HIS MUSIC LABEL AFTER A CAR PEOPLE!
Too good
I'm fan of most the cats on this album, but this is garbage. Only song worth downloading is the one with CyHi and Curren$y.
Bet CD out this year. Classic!!!!!
5 banging tracks, the rest is southern influenced a little too hard for the kid. Love Ricky, not the gang.
Nobody on here will ever be on tupacs level
This is awesome. definitely my summer anthems
A lyrical massacre throughout the whole album
MMG is at the top
Buy every song with Meek Miill on da track
Meek Mill/Ricky Rozay their nice
mmg is extremly overrated rick ross is one of the worst rappers of all time pill and wale are average but meek mill is actually pretty good imma boss is fire and tupac back is decent even though ross kind of ruins them but the others arent that good
Y'all say all the songs sound the same how does tupac back sound the same as running rebels
2 starz instead of 1 cuz of rick ross and wale... the other 2 are losers!
this is twice as good as carter 4
The whole album on fire!!!!!go check out meek mill new mixtape on datpiff called dreamchasers!!!
SOME OF YOU CATS REALLY GOT SOME ISSUES WITH UH BROTHER MAKING MONEY. THIS CAT GOTTA BE DOIN SOMETHING WRITE, B/C YALL HATIN AND HE'S ON THE AIRWAVES ALL DAY EVERYDAY. IF YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY.....................DONT.
You know those up north wanna be rappers that didnt make it? Or those patheic nerds who want an emcee to relate to, because their life is boring? Well if the above applies to you, this Album is not for you. What little haters fail to realize is the world is a big place & there is something for everyone. If you like nerdy conscience rap or up north lyrics with Jazzy samples? Why would you bother coming to this album? Think about it. Now this album really is a horror flick hip hop album. All the beats sound like something you would hear in a horror movie. The beats are so mean and venomous, you either want to fight someone or kill someone in a terrible way. I have heard of the featured emcees in a few mags here and there. They are not wack. Rick Ross got lyrics and if you listen with an open mind you can actually hear that duke can spit. Rick Ross is really not a Southerner, but a Miami dude and Miami is really not a southern city. Is it a versitle album? No NOT AT ALL...the topics are your basic vices & self center rhymes you hear from Jay Z, Kanye & Puff Daddy and just as dope. So here is a real review from a real listener of hip hop. I would not recommend the entire album, but the option to just take the bangers is there. So I say preview them and get the ones you want in your Iphone. Peace from Jamaica Queens
Not hot at all
MMG is the best group in the hip hop game right now man
Meek Milly!!! #Rollin
meek mill doesn't need to mention 2pacs name. Even if you made hiphop dead don't mention his name unless you can really come out with something close to his albums BUt WAIT you will never make something close to his albums cuz your not him >:O
i love wale, but signing with mmg the worst label, was the stupidest desicion he ever made. now the little lyricism he had will disappear in raps about drugs, ice, cash, and "going hard". he should have signed with g.o.o.d music. common could have brought out the best in wale. well i guess itz good by wale, hopefully you can somehow maintain ur potential and hold down ur lyricism
Rick ro$$ tha boss
Maybach music does it this album is one of the best this year period...mmmmmmmaybach muzic
Tupac Back?!?! Really!? How dare they mock a legend...
This album has too many different styles that do not mix well together. Wale is the best on the album even out of his element. Meek Mill also keeps the flow going with his quality lyrics but Rick Ross brings the hip hop ignorance on almost every song. Iwould say find the album somewhere for free. it is not a good buy. Also download Wale's new Mixtape The One Eleven One Theory if you are a fan.
Pretty nice I like it especially that way my fav.
