this cd is hot, you should buy. if you don't like it might be because you don't like screwed and chopped music, but then you are just a hater. Paul Wall, baby!

At first listen, this CD sounded a lot like a lesser MIke Jones. But after listening through the CD a few times, I've come to realize that it's a must have if you've got a stereo that craves the bump. This CD will not disappoint if you crave a skull bouncing bass line.

I have heard Paul on a few other tracks written by real producers and he sounds like the top of his game. When he's in the studio with some of these doods on this album, it sounds like they slapped together some tracks in 5 minutes. Cheap sounding, when I know he's got the real deal. Hopefully he'll get some proper production for a full album and then he'll be sittin right for sure.

It's okay sittin sidewayz is pretty good

This album may not be worth buying if your expect kanye or mos def, but if your in the mood for some unlyrical, overusage of words, and want to learn alot of slang terms for mouth grills, cars, and coidene cough syrup, this albums for you, and cmon, his teeth are mind blowin man there givin everybody chills/ call him george foreman cuz he selling everybody grillz

Grillz os a good song but this song is better. He is a very good rapper and has a chance. He only features a lot of people becuase hes new. His rhymes are tight and the beat is amazing.

if you like people rapping about their teeth, you'll love Paul Wall! Things like this is what's putting a bad name on hip-hop. go buy the Talib Kweli cd (Right About Now) instead. that's real rap, instead of this garbage.

paul wall does not claim to be anything special because he isn't. but, i find that his rhyming and most of his beats are above the average these days. though if your not a native houstonian, you may find it hard ot understand what he is saying. unlike most rappers, his rhymes make sense and his beats are steady. he does not mess around with special effects and creates many songs that show the better side of the art of rapping. i enjoyed this album, and so will many people who are true fans of the "art" of rapping and rhymes.

This is a great Hip-Hop album. My favs are They dont know, Trill, Sippin tha Barre(my fav) and March N Step. Trill you really dont get a good sample cuz you really only get to here bun-B and not the hook or paul's sick verses. I say tht's not a good sample bcuz I had to listen to the song a couple times before Buns voice didnt annoy me lol. I know everyones heard sum 1 with a voice they cant stand.Especially when he says Trill ugh! ......LOL but anywayz back to the album. March N Step with Lil wayne youre ready to go fight when tht song comes on. As for they dont know.......good for riding around as for sippin tha Barre...........Thts my theme music.

his first album was called "chick magnet". for everybody's knowledge and i think they can see already that this guy is by far THE MOST HIDEOUS CREATURE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH! hes fat, horrible hair cut, no attractive features, cant rap, and the worst part is he thinks hes black! his new video "girl" has a part where his lawyer (played by the pimp on wild'n out) ses paul walls gf isnt a gold digger but aint messing with no broke u know the rest. what the...im not even gonna go into it. he is awful and ha sprobably nvr got any action in his lfe! go scew urself paul wall!

The Peoples Champ is a great cd. If you from the south like me, you most def. gots to love this cd, espicially "Smooth Operator" and "Drive Slow". This is one of the few cds that I can listen to straight and not skip any songs. I would highly recommend people to get this album.

A. Any artist that uses a song which is not their's ("Drive Slow") just dissapoints me. I thought he was ok at first, then I heard "Girl", "Smooth Operator" & "Got Plex". "They Don't Know" & "Sittin' Sidewayz are worth it to check out. If you want this album get the most bang for your buck and get it with the C & S. Or better yet go buy "Already Platinum" (Slim Thug) or "The Sound of Revenge" (Chamillionare) or even "Who's Mike Jones?" (Mike Jones) or Lil' Keke & Slim Thug's "The Big Unit.

This could possibly be the worst cd ever made. I mean after I heard sttin sidewayz I knew this cd would be terrible. I mean you can only listen about precious cuts; purple drank; and h%%s for so long. It has absolutely no diversity. I would pay not to listen to this cd. Absolutely not a good buy. If you want good Houston rap, I suggest Chamillionaire or Bun B. This is crap!!!!!!

This album is an original. "They Don't Know" is a great joint but iTunes should put the version featuring both Mike Jones and Bun B like in the video.

I loved the beats in this CD and the tracks, while similar, don't disappoint. His voice is great, sounds a bit like Ludacris. I liked almost every single track, which is unusual for me. Definitely worth the money, especially with iTunes, as the price is much less than I could find retail. If you like Luda's voice and a rock solid base, this one's for you.

You guessed it im artist to, and if you're a true Hip-Hop fan you'll have this album in your ipod. Its worh 5 for originality and Paul Walls delivery.

I bought this CD not too long ago, and let me just say, this one kicks! I'm from VA, reppin' the 804, so you know I'm down with the Dirty South. When I put this in my car, it scares me how much bass power this monster record puts out. Highlights: I'm A Playa, They Don't Know, Ridin' Dirty, Sittin' Sidewayz, Trill, Sippin Tha Barre, Drive Slow. Overall, if you're looking for a great album with great songs and kickin' beats, but also smoething you can just sit back and chill to, "The People's Champ" is the choice for you.

This cd is dope! I mean, I usually don't like dirty south rappers and dirty south songs, but Pual Wall is sick man. I'm really feelin' that song Girl, with the Chi-Lites, Oh Girl sample!

this album is okay but except the fact that he SAYS THE SAME THING IN ALL OF HIS SONGZ. it kind of gets annoying. my favorite song is sittin' sidewayz he also has a song called "ridin dirty" chamillionaire has a song called that except his is WAY better. and him talkin about his grill is really gettin old and all the other thingz he always talks about. otherwise the album is okay. i will give it 3 stars

This is a great cd by paul wall. If you like southern rap get this!!!!! And i live in Wisconsin. For real though its an awesome cd. Houston's rappers are gonna be huge soon.
