Just saw this album in concert and hope to go to many more! Love this album so much he poured a little bit of everything that makes up him into it and it is amazing! You have some humorous songs but some are deep!!

This is definitely not country music. If you want to do pop, change your genre and fans. This is mostly noise to me.

Walker Hayes is an amazing writer and singer. His songs go past the superficial layer that so many songs stay in and they make me think and feel and cry. And who’s to say he isn’t country? If he sounded just like all the famous past stars then people would complain that he’s not original enough. Excellent album and excellent artist. I would recommend Walker Hayes to anyone

I don't listen to much country these days, but great music is great music, no matter the genre. This man has a gift for writing and story telling, as well as a voice like butta. Definitely worth the $10. I get the feeling this guy has a lot of untapped potential. Looking forward to hearing more!

Ok, I love his style. It's almost a little hip-hop and I love that spin on country. Super unique. I think he is clever lyrically and the hooks are for sure catchy. I also loved a bunch more songs that were on his 8track albums. Shades - Break the Internet - Face On My Money. Plus his dad love is super cute.

Sure, it doesn’t sound like country. I definitely agree with that. But this IS good music, regardless of the genre. Walker puts his heart and soul into these songs, and it’s time that people actually respect that. I get that people want their country music separate from pop, and that’s completely understandable. In fact, I would love if he changed his genre to Pop just so that y’all wouldn’t be tearing his music up for not being country. I’ve been a huge fan of Walker since the beginning, and the fact that there’s so many 1-star ratings on this album is just sad. I’m writing this two years after it was released, and I still listen to all of his music frequently. This isn’t a one-time listen, it’s GOOD MUSIC! So why can’t people just forget the genres and appreciate how great this stuff is?

This belongs under pop, not country.

His voice and everything about this album is so cringe worthy it’s insane. Like how someone records this and thinks “wow this is great” is beyond me.

I wasn’t a fan at first, I thought his songs were cheesy but he honestly has won over my heart after attending one of his concerts recently when tagging along with a friend. He is one of the most humble men I have ever met and he writes about what he knows & loves even if it’s cheesy. He does what he does just to provide for his family and to me that’s everything. I fell in love with all of his songs at his concert and now I can’t stop listening. May not sound like country but I’m glad Nashville took a chance on him. I cannot wait to see him again in concert, he’s A M A Z I N G. Can’t wait to hear more music from him! PS. He sang two un-released songs that are country and are incredible! Can’t wait until they are released. Love Walker!

I like it. But just because you guys don't doesn’t mean you have to put all ya hate in the comments.

As bad as this is, somehow he’s worse live. I saw a video of him performing the Craig song on Bobby Bones on YouTube and any time he has to hit a note he’s flat. His keyboard skills are very rudimentary as well. Save your money people.

I don’t care if this is country or not. It’s true art and amazing art at that. The lyrics are some of the greatest I’ve listened to in awhile, especially the song Craig. I had tears - what a great song! I don’t usually buy albums but I’m buying this one to show my appreciation of the hard work he put into this thing! Keep it up, man!

Straight garbage

I’ve known walker since we were itty bitty ones. Having grown up in mobile, he nails the upbringing. He and his wife have a true love story, and his love for his family & life shine in this album. It’s pain and life & joy wrapped up in a refreshing sound for country music. Well done, Walker.

Some bands and artist tend to sound similar on each of their songs- it’s expected- but Walker almost has it TOO similar. Though several good songs, I think a showing of more range is needed- and I feel in time, we'll see it.

I love this singer even though I would categorize this more with pop than country. Thank you for your song Craig. To know there are people out there like him is so up-lifting. I love your album and voice. Always here to support you and your dream!

Just when you think musical 'artists' and the industry can't sink any lower with mediocre, disposable sounds, this joke comes along and smashes the record. All of this sheep's music is about as exciting as a middle school teacher's brand new box of No.2 pencils. Even if this does not fall under any sub genre of 'country' her music is perversely pasturized melodically and completely nauseating lyrically.

this album is just amazing...this year at the 2018 washington missouri fair you were there and i didn’t really know who you were...i got vip tickets and watched your concert me and my friend were just amazed by how good of a voice you had. Now all i do is listen to your songs...in school i am actually doing a writing on you and your hit song “craig” and about how craig inspired you to keep trying...because you met him after you lost your car and your record failed. I hope you make another album that will be just as amazing as this is.
