As an album artist PM makes amazing singles. The difference between the hits on here-which we've all already bought- and the album tracks is epically large. He needs to work way harder on his writing. Lots and lots of filler on here. And some really poor guest spots. Ty Dolla on Psycho is hella weak. Having siad that he is still far and away the most exciting thing out there. Loving the ride.

The songs I’ve heard from this album online and on the radio have really impressed me, Post Malone re-imagines the boring, trashy beats of many modern “rappers” and makes them his own with the use of interesting drum kits amongst other sounds. Definitely on another level to hip-hop artists from the last few years mainly because what I’ve heard sounds original and actually works. 👌👌🔥💨

This album has been a while coming and it pays off just like posty said it would. Right from the opening track it hooks you to this album all the way through the 18 tracks. The album matches the previous ‘stoney’ in terms of its excellence and still offers something new to listeners of the previous record. This album is decidedly more catchier than the previous which opens it up to more generalised public. The album however still has some great guitar work in songs like ‘stay’ and great beats to the catchiest songs on the record including ‘same b******’. All in all a great album definitely worth putting some time into.
