- the worst

I am so dumb I actually thought this would be good for a second

- Bad

Bad

- More of this

Once again, exceptional song writing.

- Stuck in a endless February from this.

And I love this it’s ruining my life I touched it for a Fortnite But like it’s amazing

- A grower album

Due to the amount of tracks on the album, it takes time to digest the album as a whole and sit with each song, but it’s worth it! I love the album

- Consistently good!

Long era, many songs with deep emotions in the lyrics and her voice! ❤️

- The Best

This is a work of art as far as albums go. You can heart her hurt and pain in her music.

- All the songs sound the same but…

Tbh, I am a swiftie and the first time I heard ttpd - I put it up on the big screen and decided to do a full run through off all the songs; let me say my life got ruined. I like all the songs but it took me a while to recognize the individuality of the songs, and really I would like Taylor to return to pop. It’s not that all the songs sound “bad” but I think Taylor should be more creative with her song work at this level of popularity. Nonetheless, I still like the songs on Toured Poets a lot and nothing can stop me from not. But Taylor, please go back to midnights.

- Z E R O / 31

oh well.

- Good album.

This album isn’t for everyone and thats okay. I personally love this album

- trash

Extremely boring

- meh.

I don’t dislike it by any means, but she’s done far better albums. I think she tried sounding so much like Lana Del Rey which was a complete turn off. If she wants to continue making music that isn’t completely pop, then she should stick to albums like Folklore and Evermore. They’re way better albums.

- Stop blocking ither women for the no 1 spot

Charli, SZA, Billie, Katy, etc. ENOUGH!!! She and her team are definetly tortured

- Awesome

Awesome

- literally her best album to date

the first listen through my jaw kept hitting the floor. This is an album that highlights fears of being alone. Swift talks about paranoia and anger which is refreshing for her usual style of music which tends to be a bit more optimistic.

- Amazing and to all the anti-swifties

You did it again i love this album ❤️❤️ You’ve done it again Taylor I’m so proud of you 👏🏻 and Taylor swift is just trying to make the real swifties good music 🎶 but all the anti-swifties come and ruin her joy of creating a brand new good 😊 album 💿 so if you wanna criticize go do it somewhere else 😡🤬 But good job Taylor I love you ❤️💕💜🫶🏻 -Anaya🩷❤️💕💜🫶🏻 Anaya the number 1 swiftie

- You go girl

I really don’t care if people are saying this is her worst album and all the songs sound the same because in my opinion Taylor is working so hard to please everyone and I love this album so much. She’s is such a good artist and she should keep up the good work. To all of you who say she sucks, you write 11 albums, win 14 Grammys, write an album with 1 billion streams In less than a week and be the most successful artist in the world. So go ahead and say it Taylor is awesome!

- TTPD

Well, I think this Album is SO GOOD! I love it! And that’s my awesome inner swifte opinion 😊

- Sad

The tpd is sad almost ti sad to listen too I miss the old Swift when she worts songs about other stuff that’s why Debut is the best

- Like a fine wine

First listen, liked it. But with 31 one songs, it needs time to understand each song’s poetry, message, lyrics and melody. One of my favorite for sure, how beautifuly written, it’s a no skip for sure. Now, is it fair for those who bought it at midnigth or in presale? Clearly not, disappointing. But still a great album.

- one of her best albums yet!

i love guilty as sin and so high school :)

- masterpiece, as usual

a poet, an astist, the music industry, taylor swift

- 💜

Haven’t stopped listened to this album for the entire month it’s been out.

- 🤍🤍🤍

Incredible album, and beautiful writing :)

- Hooked

I’ve grown steadily more addicted to many of the songs. They definitely don’t sound the same. There’re a couple I always flick past, but many more that I have on repeat.

- Beautiful soundtrack

THIS IS SOME OF HER BEST WORK!! SO HIGH SCHOOL IS AMAZING ALONG WITH MY BOY ONLY BREAKS HIS FAVOURITE TOYS!!

- The rise of mediocrity continues

If MacDonalds made a singer it would be Taylor Swift. Her music isn’t awful, just massively overrated despite being generic overproduced nonsense. And the fans are even worse. More like cultish hive mind who hang on every weak song or dopey woke monologue. I guess this is the age of mass conformity to whatever terrible authority people choose.

- 🫶

This is my new favourite album!! I love all the sounds and lyrics!🤍

- Spectacular

As a long-term fan (since my teens as I’m approaching 37) this is one of her best works of art. Outstanding!

- Excellent

Au départ, je trouvais que toutes les chansons se ressemblaient, mais à force d’écouter, j’adore!!

- Totally overrated

Taylor swift is like the McDonald’s of music, lots of people buy it but it’s pretty cheap and terrible.

- Nothing new.

Skip this one.

- Amazing album

Deserves album of the year. Amazing lyrics. Just the bridge of “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” could prove how good of a songwriter she is.

- Problem with the volume

Why is this album’s volume so low? Every time it comes up I have to turn up the volume, I can’t listen to it on shuffle with other songs. Did they forget to check the standard volume range? I would put this album as mid, because a few songs are growing on me but I was underwhelmed by most of them, waiting for a sick beat to drop, but never came.

- Amazing

0 skips, her best album for sure

- So Amazing!

Amazing album after amazing album, it shouldn’t be possible, but Taylor Swift just keeps getting better. One play through of TTPD, and I was hooked. It’s rare to find an album where every song captivates me immediately, but this was definitely one; I’ve been listening to it on repeat since it came out. Every song is beautiful, and the depth of her lyrics is incredible. This is easily one of her best works to date, if not the best!

- Love it

Love this album. It’s *her* album. It’s not to entertain us with wild beats and dance rhythms. This is lyrical, deep and so poetic. I need this on vinyl!

- Huge fan here but what the heck? All songs sounded same.

Are you a sucker in an endless repeat wormhole? Are all her songs in album sounded the same or we are just in an alternate reality of denial and tortured! In an endless rinse and repeat cycle x100, and pay 1000% for the same songs with diff fancy covers. Like coffee as a neutralizer try “Too Sweet” by Hozier for a unique sound.

- Boooooored as hell.

Please, stop overrating this woman already. The market is already saturated with her music. I don't understand how she fills stadiums.

- Stunning Album!

Very different from her old albums, but also brings inspiration from them. Dispite what others are saying i think the tracks sound very different. Definitely one of my top albums from her. A very nice depart from the usual boring industry pop that we see a lot of lately.

- Incredible album

I’ve been listening to Taylor’s music since 2008 & will forever be amazed by her talent! This album was beautifully written and is pure poetry- truly one of her best albums ever!

- Taylor Swift New Album

I personally like a little of this album I would just prefer more pop songs on this album but overall I would rate the album 8 out of 10

- Boring

Just Boring

- Another amazing album! I’m obsessed!

Taylor Swift is so talented, there’s not a song I don’t love!! love every song!! Her poetry is so beautiful ❤️

- 🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤.

Wonderful just wonderful . I love how all the songs sound the same but also different. And everyone who got the original version with less songs and is now complaining because they had to buy the album twice is not very smart because Taylor has done different versions of albums before.

- 🤍🤍🤍🤍

🤍🤍🤍🤍

- Sorry Swifties

This ain’t it

- Poetically beautiful and raw

I’ve be a TS fan since Debut and I listen to all her albums on a regular basis. I love to decode her poetry and discover ways she writes about ordinary phrases or feelings in a way that takes my breath away. As she has changed through each album, her style and sound, I can pinpoint the time in my life I was at and how I could relate and this will be no different. I love all of her Eras and I especially love her ability to put her thoughts and experiences into lyrics that are so eloquent and beautifully haunting. This album is exactly that. As always, thank you Taylor ❤️

- Great collection

Such a great collection of songs, exploring the feelings of breaking up, rebounding and moving on. Many witty and insightful lyrics. Love the use of the different sounds and musical elements.

- I LOVE you Taylor!

When I heard WHO’S AFRAID OF LITTLE OLD ME I felt like I found a distant dream. Thank you Taylor! Keep up the awesome work!

- Worst album of the year

Enough said

- Bro wrote a whole novel about her

Just minding my own business reading reviews about this not good artist then I see this person writing a whole f n novel abou the song like what I just had to point this out cus I felt like it I guess

- Love the songs on this but that’s just me❤️

I personally love this album if you like poetry this album is for you if you don’t like poetry this isn’t for you sorry not everyone’s cup of tea

- TTDP!!!!!

LYSM TS 13 4 LIFE

- Love

Feeling all the feels with this album

- Terrible

Tayble can’t release one decent version, not sure why she thought doing 50 would be a good idea. Very trash

- I’m obsessed

Taylor I love you this is the most superior sounding album thank you mother

- don’t waste ur money on this disgusting album

what happened to taylor swift. the lyrics are horrible and the songs itself lack tune and melody. absolutely horrible.

- loveee

idk why people are hating this. this is such a beautifully written album and each song is like a poem

- More Infinite Sadness and Tortured Heartbreak for Miss Americana

1st impressions of Taylor’s Tortured Poet album is this overwhelming sense of sadness & melancholy. Another heartbreak. One that hurts deep & will probably sting for evermore. Torturing herself that she probably saw her heartbreak prince coming from the outset. Like some sort of impending doom in the relationship. But thinking because she was head over heels in love. This time it was going to be different. With this album we feel how let down she feels by that false pretence. There are other relationships that seem like missteps. So, she gets those grievances off her chest. The album also cryptically addresses people who used Bullying tactics to get attention. Entangling her. Just so they can tear her reputation down. Especially considering she was trying to make nice. But we know good girls finish last. Twice bitten once shy. Insert, snake emoji. Needing now a thick skin to survive in her industry & in life. She finds a comfort in this new hardened exterior. Mostly masking the hurt behind a smile. To hide what she is really feeling on the inside. But with this album she lets you in on the secret. It seems it is NOT always a Bed Of Roses at the top. Heavens forbid, if its a Bed of Carnations. There are evidently sacrifices and a level of professionalism expected in her chosen career. She is still however a master at what she does. There is a reason why Taylor Swift is where she is today. A lot of hard work & talent. Whatever you may think of her music. Or perhaps Taylor as a cultural icon. You cannot take that from her. She works extremely hard at staying at the top of her game. But, when it comes to that everlasting love that is different. It seems the missing puzzle piece & the hardest to get right. Sometimes she believes it all has to do with alchemy. Everything falling into place. The right time, the right place, the right person, the right spark to ignite it all. Sometimes unhealthily, she too looks through other people’s windows. Too peer into their personal lives. With feelings of envy, or empathy. Even glee at their horrible vacuous lives. Especially, comparing what others may appear to have. To what she hasn’t. But as listener’s we do that all the time with Taylor. Considering she is a famous person. So, she imagines it’s all fair game? Taylor does tell the listener she thought the man of her dreams would be her twin. Another half the same. Like if she holds up a mirror and she will see her hopes and dreams reflected back. Or possibly her beauty and heart. However in the song “The Prophecy” she envisages about changing her lot in life. Singing she would give up the fame and adulation. If she were to find out she is predestined to always loose the one she loves. Having already a terrible sense that she is going to end up on her own. If she keeps down this frightful path. Even if she has to trade in everything. She asks the universe to change her story & destiny. Which is unfathomable to us as an average person. To outsiders Taylor appears to have it all. But being a popular tortured poet. From that angle. Does not look like all it is cracked up to be. If she looks on the bright side there are those legions of fans who love & respect her artistic work. At the moment it seems this Art gives her sustenance & gets her through the heartbreaks. The last couple of albums however have not been entirely Pop experiences. Maddening some listeners. This particular Era of melancholy. From the slightly saddening haze of Midnights. To this more tortured extension. The Pop elements seem to get lost in the overall scheme. ‘The Tortured Poets...’ definitely leans into this fluidity of musical influences. At first listen it is hard to pin down. It feels like an album that warranted an approach of seeing where the song goes. I have to say I don’t actually mind that as a listener. I will admit I am a big fan of Taylor’s poppier melodic moments. The biggest track from this album will likely be “Fortnight” with its Post Malone feature. Another artist who openly writes about his tortuous heartbreak. With the standard version of the album I believe the stand out songs are “Guilty as Sin?” & “loml”. On the anthology version “How Did It End?” & “The Prophecy”. As always with Taylor’s deluxe version. There are those tracks that round out the album’s overall feeling. It has to be said that Taylor has changed the landscape of popular music. You can see & hear her fingerprints & DNA through a lot of songs. On various media platforms. Still this haze of sadness that permeates through the last albums. Is a continuation of her mature perspective to songwriting. Not looking through rose coloured lenses at life or love. We all have seen her grow up in front of our eyes. Now, she is a woman. One critic has said Taylor has vulture-d her back catalogue for this '...Tortured Poets...' album. But NOT many artists have had to re-record old albums. Especially to reclaim them back into the fold again. As a listener we are aware that she has grown from the experience. Where she has come from - to today’s incarnation. Are worlds apart sometimes and at other times not that far at all. It is a dedication to her art & legacy. Poetry or otherwise. Sometimes our most treasured poets in society are those we believe are the lost tortured souls. They might be the ones that speak to Taylor’s heart & mind. At this moment in time. Whatever the case. Taylor Swift’s musical poetics definitely speak to a lot of listener’s hearts & minds. Over the course of her music career. There are those who pour over her every word in songs. More than any other musical poet of our times. As one of these many fans. I must say I am still waiting for Daylight to arrive. For her sake as much as anything. But for awhile we will have to be content with this stark fog of melancholy. An Era for Taylor where you cannot see the bright glorious morning and breathe in all its colours. For all the darkness of the haze. Definitely this fog has not yet lifted.

- Taylor swift fan

Dear Taylor swift if you read I just want you to know I’m a big fan of your music and If you read this pls give me a shout out or something on a YouTube short video love your music great album my second favourite album folklore is a great album one of my favourite songs is seven which is about Taylor swift age 7 with a friend wanting to go to India she said her friend house is haunted because her dad is mad I love that song sweet tea in the summer great lyrics beautiful vocals love you so much Taylor swift ps if you read this Ty for taking your time to read this love your biggest fan not saying my name . My nickname Ellie also me and my friends love your music

- Awful

Taylor swift is awful and so are all her fans

- Brilliant

The more you listen the better this album gets. Didn’t like the two album trick - just seemed like taking advantage of fans but can’t fault the music.

- Too much Tech

I’m a swiftie fan, but I don’t like all the techno pop on this album, she needs to go back to her original song writing with her guitar. Not the best album from her.

- Wowza

I love your songs so much love this album and pretty much all the others ❤️

- Love it

Ok so I’m a huge swiftie but I absolutely adore this the only thing is it’s a tad depressing so if ur a fan of pop or country this is not your album

- I wasn’t sure at first, but it’s her best album yet

I bought the double album and, at first listen, only a few songs grabbed me - some I even skipped past (more fool me!). The second time around, I listened to every song (I felt like an idiot when I realised what I had missed). I then listened to the album on repeat (in my car on a 6-hour journey) and was blown aware by the emotional depth’s to which I was taken, lyrically and musically - pain, anger, contempt, denial, acceptance, hope, joy, happiness, giddy delight! Sheer brilliance, Ms Taylor!!!

- Insomnia

I think she took a break. There are some nice tracks but nothing to rave about. Tedious and monotonous. Great for insomnia.

- TTPD, perfect to me

The Tortured Poets Department title intrigued me at the very beginning. Loved The Chairman reference too, as Taylor definitely is! I love poetry and I was so excited to hear this new album, couldn’t wait to experience again the brilliant songwriting that is done so flawlessly. A few weeks have passed now since the release and I have listened attentively to each track. It has been an absorption of haunting melancholy, showcasing the many perspectives of heartbreak, references to recovery and positivity too. A little shade and humour as well which adds to the journey. I love the collaborations with Post Malone and Florence + the Machine. I can resonate with this album and can relate to it, for those of us who have experienced similar turmoil and have travelled through it. There is so much feeling in each track, the way Taylor weaves her voice in with the instruments, it’s so personal and reflective and is done so beautifully. I really like TTPD, it is an album unique to the others and I will continue to be captivated by it. Favourite tracks are: Fortnight, So Long, London, Fresh Out The Slammer, Florida!!!, Guilty as Sin?, loml, imgonnagetyouback and I Look in People’s Windows.

- Poo

My vagina

- In love with Taylor

The best personal album in years

- Amazing start to finish

Her albums just keep getting better and better.

- Non teenagerFreddie

What a shocker from the under 12 fans favourite

- I love this

Awesome

- MAKE MORE MUSIC LIKE LOVER AND REPUTATION 🤩

Hey Taylor, any chance you could bring back more music like Lover and Reputation. This album is alr but it’s not my fav as it’s a bit boring no offence.

- She needs to retire

Boring

- TTPD was passable

An album full of easy listening background tracks that sadly, due to the depressing lyrics, make it challenging to sing along. Listening to this album made me feel like I was listening to her B tracks on shuffle waiting for the hit song to play, but it never appeared.

- Great

Gets better with every listen. Obsessed!

- ttpd

sorry taylor, hit me hard and soft is better. and with only 10 songs.

- TTPD swiftie

Omg i love this. This album is fire I love it so much!

- Not Her Best Work

I’m best Swiftie and can’t get into this album

- Not good

Wow absolutely terrible

- A Poem In Each Song

It is kinda similar to Folklore, Evermore & Midnights but the song are poems that are so amazing and damn, 31 songs, she's over done it in a good way.. although it doesn't beat 1989 & Reputation for me.

- #Ultimate Swiftie

Taylor Swift is amazing and this album is just evidence

- Great poetry, but no real bops

There’s no real bops on this album. If it weren’t for the tour I don’t believe it would be going as well as it has. I can appreciate the poetry, but musically sounds very repetitive.

- A slow burn but ultimately a masterpiece

The complexity and layers of this album are such that it takes many listens before you can truly appreciate its absolute brilliance. I think this album will be considered a masterpiece for decades to come, it’s that good. Her songwriting and poetry is genius.

- yikes

worse than mediocre

- I love who’s afraid of little old me and fortnight

I watch it on YouTube

- Touching Poems

Each song on this album feels like a heartbreak, but a beautiful poem. Its emotions flow like water through the heart and soul. It’s hard to find a track on this album with strong beats or melodies like those on the albums “1989” or “Reputation.” However, this album is unparalleled in its emotional progression. The extensive use of synthesizers and Taylor Swift’s lazy vocals, along with a lot of breathy sounds, immerse the album in a dreamy atmosphere where reality and dreams intertwine. We seem to be able to empathize with each song, exploring Taylor Swift’s true state of mind at the time. This is a bold album she has never attempted before, with a lot of de-melodization and more personal themes, requiring a deep listening experience. But once you truly immerse yourself in this atmosphere, you will find it hard to extricate yourself.

- TTPD fan

Great album so much expression LOVE❤️ it taytay

- Too monotonous given the high bar Taylor sets for herself

In essence, I feel Antonoff's parts of this album is getting too repetitious; how about some real snare drum or real bass guitar? Yet more lyrics about break-ups/relationships, yet more exactly sounding-the-same simple chord sequences and synth sounds. I am commenting here as someone who thinks Reputation, 1989, and esp. Lover albums (the latter even features rare sax), are absolutely brilliant melodic pop and stand repeated listens. Re-hire Max Martin afresh from Sweden for a breath of fresh air pop hooks?

- Tortured poetry with that signature Taylor humour

The storytelling, writing, poetry, sadness with a dash of Tay humour. Brilliant.

- Bought it on CD

I love this album it is another great peice of work by Taylor Swift i got a CD two days after it was released, because it was so amazing

- Time for a break

Nothing new to hear here. Just a continuation of the past 3 albums and attempt at Lana Del Rey’s style and sound. Becoming stale and boring. It’s definitely about quantity ($$$) over quality unfortunately.

- Snoozefest

Could put fish to sleep

- oh god

so very boring, which is disappointing.

- Amazing

Her album’s just keep coming it’s awesome and she’s always getting better and better. I LOVE YOU TAYLOR SWIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Terrible!!

Need think about beat and rewrite the lyrics next 20years!!

- My new fave album

This is just so beautiful and poetic, I love hearing every song she sings. She’s such a beautiful singer. imgonnagetyouback is probably my favourite song of all time.

- Excellent!

lyrical genius. slow burner, that's extremely rewarding. Taylor deserves much acclaim!!

- TTPD

Absolutely love it

- 10/10

Soooooooo good I listen too it soooooooo much I can’t stop

- Amazing

Everything id hoped it would be

- Album of the year

loved every track 😍 0 skips from this masterpiece 😍

- Dull

Really boring album I don’t get the hype

- MAGA REVIEWS 🤣

Don’t be swayed by all the MAGA reviews. Poor little things. The music is edgy and it a fine TS album.

- Amazing, just perfection

I’m a Swiftie and I love Taylor Swift, but THIS is what I’ve been missing. It has sad songs, exciting songs and songs to sing your heart out! The sad lyrics and upbeat music are just works of art 😍 Another astounding album from Taylor Swift that will definitely be remembered ♥️😍

- Love it

I love this

- One of her best albums yet

This is definitely up there with one of her best albums. There’s a song for every mood. Beautifully written.

- A very mid album

Taylor is the popular girl to hate on atm and a lot of the negative reviews are just from that and nothing more. HOWEVER, compared to Folklore & Evermore (her best work) this album fails to compare. It reminds me of Midnights part 2 which isn't a good thing because I hated Midnights and never understood the hype. Yeah, not her best album. Some of the writing is really sloppy and most of the songs sonically are just really boring…

- greedy

desperate for sales

- flop

flop

- Another Taycapitalist snoozefest

Nothing Taylor does impacts pop culture anymore. She’s a money making machine for white women that don’t know how to expand their music taste

- Queen of music

Queen

- Amazing

Taylor never misses with her albums

- Nice butttttttttt

It okay.although fortnight is the the only popular one it’s recommended for you P.S.ITs a TOTAL breakdown And I forgot 1989 is better buuuuuut it’s pretty good Nice buy it and boom you’re all set most of the songs have swears

- World class

Amazing songwriting and great production.

- ONE IF THE QUEENS BEST ALBUMS !

Beautiful girl with Amazing voice I love ttpd ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🖤🖤🖤❤️❤️❤️❤️🖤

- dull as usual

the lyrics were poor and this has sounded like the same boring melody she’s been throwing out since her started dying a few years ago… not to mention she only seems to release something when other female artists gain popularity, pathetic manners

- Nana Swiftie Diamond

My beautiful granddaughter brain washed me with Tay Tay. OMG I love her xxx

- Her best yet

Such a grower, so addictive… just insanely good. Masterful.

- Her best album

Her best writing. Amazing production. Couldn’t be better.

- Probably her best album to date

I personally think this is the best Taylor Swift album yet and there are very few to no skips. Every song is cohesive yet different enough to be interesting and the anthology is amazing. Sometimes the production is a bit boring but still 4-5 stars

- Bland

More accessible bland nonsense from the queen of accessible bland nonsense

- A masterpiece

A true story telling masterpiece this is is kind of Taylor music i personally love, good songwriting, storytelling and connects emotionally with the audience. I would definitely put this album up there with FOLKLORE and evermore. I have noticed many bad reviews with not only the audacity to even try make out this album isn’t phenomenal but to try and label it a 1 star. Now I could bet life on it 80% of these people are trolls or “stans” of other artists and the rest have just not listened to it. The whole ah the album sounds the same please open your ears are they covered in wax? If you haven’t listened give it a listen even if you ain’t a fan of this music or Taylor I can guarantee you won’t think of it as a 1 star album Personal Favourites Down bad Smallest man in the world ICDIWABH Clara Bow Who’s afraid of little old me Fortnight Loml BUT DADDY I LOVE HIM

- So overrated

Can anyone please tell me what all the fuss is about TS??? She must be the most overrated pop singer ever. It just shows if you have a record label that will hype you up people will go for it. Every album sounds the same BORING.

- I ❤️ Taylor

Good songs but not as good as other albums! Do not understand why it is getting such bad reviews. Just opinions I guess, but anyway, I love Taylor!!!

- Ttpd

This album is amazing it was made to entertain but it was a way for her to vent to all her fans about the past few years of her life. To the haters saying she should quit music, music is her way of life it’s how she expresses herself. Yes the songs sound similar but unlike some other albums the lyrics are so raw and honest making one of her best albums 🤍🩶🖤

- Hater’s gonna hate hate hate hate hate.

So many over exaggerated “reviews” here… always the same uninformed basic take; from people who have already decided they don’t like it, without ever listening… Well, I think it’s a definite triumph! Now, nothing beats speak now for me, but this is a great album, yes: long… but it’s filled with emotionally gripping music and great songwriting! Now, of course - ‘p**s-taking songs like ‘The Alchemy’ are always good fun, but not what I like to hear from Taylor, but she always writes such layered meaning into every song and even these ones have many interpretations and I love to see it!

- A quick cash grab

This album seems like a cash grab. 31 rejects and b sides from previous albums wrapped up in some silly narrative. Every song sounds same, very flat production wise and lyrics give impression of AI work. She’s really milking Aaron and her fans to the extreme

- THE BEST

beautiful album

- Amazing

Wonderful work. I have had it on repeat since release😂

- poor

Same washed out songs , very repetitive . Waiting for good music and this is not it

- Return to folklore vibe

Love it, but it takes two or three listens to really worm its way into your emotions. If you’ve ever experienced a love with someone that was duplicitous, uncertain or heavily flawed then this album will hit hard

- Stellar

This album holds so much meaning. Those who say otherwise cannot call themselves critics.

- Burnt out

Same old, same old. The usual ‘my relationship is over, poor me I’m such a victim, all the men are bad guys, hopefully these lyrics will get them harassed by my fans, I’m never at fault in any way’. Miss common denominator needs to write about other stuff. How does her cult eat up these self absorbed songs, she’s so desperate to be seen as the victim ALL THE TIME. No wonder her and Selena are best friends.

- This is AI

Rubbish, TS is quantity over quality

- Hii

I’m not a Swiftie OR a Taylor swift fan but one of my best best freinds is and she told me that Taylor Swift her music so many times Do you people remember shake it off and her country albums? So when people say that she is always the same type of music she used to be country she tried to write about so so many different things and changed so many times for people to like her I kinda feel bad for her Don’t you? Haters would you say that to a normal random person who has written a song and performed it? Thats kinda mean so I don’t know what fives you the right to hate on other singers I anyways read the comments on apple music and some of them are so mean like people have put their hard work into theese songs yk

- I don’t really prefer Taylor but wow

I wanna say I don’t really like her music but wow this album is really beautiful

- Love this album

I think this has some amazing, clever songs of great vulnerability on it.

- TTPD era

I see altogether saying the songs sound the same and they she needs to experiment with different genres. Have you all forgot she’s a country artist who was told she can’t do pop so she did and that started her style changes. She now does country, pop, dance and all the rest. This album is true to its name it’s mellow due to it being poetry. If you don’t like her why have you come on here just to slate her it’s fine it’s your opinion but just because you dislike the album it don’t make her a ‘bimbo’ just makes you look sour. She’s famous because she was always told she’s no good and don’t write her own songs ect yet she has proved them all wrong. Also saying her fan base is a cult is a bit extreme. She can’t be as bad as the ones that dislike her make out as she has billions of streams and downloads and breaking all records anyone has ever set. She has even beaten Rihanna and behind to name a few. Come back to us when the artist you like break records like she has I personally didn’t like the album at first but I wasn’t expecting the direction she went but now the album is beautiful and I stock on quite often. She will release her. Reason of reputation soon and everyone will see she don’t just do mellow stuff they abun is super heavy with sounds and she then have her original country album left to release her version of then it’s all about new music onwards

- MOTHER

Oh my God, Marcus or Sam or Sophia or Chloe left me and my bestie speechless best song EVER the hater’s are gona hate hate hate

- This is a Taylor album?

Gone are the times when both Jack and Taylor would push each other to create music that would be out of their comfort zone. 6 albums later and we have this one. The lyrics are bland at best and I suppose it makes sense when you’re singing about Ratty Healy. I suppose Taylor was right when she sang “everything comes out teenage petulance”. Only way to describe the album. I think she knew that otherwise she wouldn’t have started to drop the later editions which include work with Aaron Dessner, the lyricism is better but nothing wows me as the songs on folklore or evermore did.

- I love Taylor

She is the best but songs are a bit pricey

- A masterpiece

Every single song is beautiful.

- OMG I LOVE IT

I’m the BIGGEST swift is you will ever meet and Taylor’s album is AMAZING I have memorised every word to every song

- Rubbish

Rubbish album. No musical talent whatsoever. All of her fans are just poor excuses as human beings

- Love it

I love but I don’t know why so many people hate it!I mean there supposed to be Taylor fans .I hope she makes more songs
