One night I went to church for a movie night and saw God's Not Dead and I saw the Newsboys on the screen and freaked out!! When the movie was over, the pastor said,"When everyone comes home, please text everyone the three words,God's Not Dead." and I did that!!

God is not dead and he never will be. He is always with us wherever we go. This album reminds me of that.

Best song I have heard in a while.

This album will leave you wondering if the Newsboys even know how to write songs anymore, apparently they can’t. I am saying this because none of the four band members contributed to writing any of the twelve songs in this album. Don’t get me wrong there are still some decent songs on here but it’s a shame that Michael, Jody, Jeff, and Duncan are all being so lazy with songwriting. They weren’t like this when Furler was still in the band. It looks like even Steve Taylor lost interest with the Tait-fronted band. However, none of these songs really stand out in any way and this just doesn’t feel like the Newsboys anymore and is certainly no rebirth for the band.

This is my favorite song I’m speechless of what to say really it’s amazing I recommend this song to everyone!

Be honest here, he isn't, it's rather stupid of people to say that. If you don't believe in God then that's ok, we're not going to force you to. But if you're going to straight up say that He isn't real at all to us, we'll obviously defend His stance in the world. I mean don't criticize the movie if you haven't seen it, it's doesn't make sense. It blows my mind how many times someone asked me if I haven't seen God, then He isn't real, this movie answers my questions. God is in fact not dead, at all. He's better than everyone of us. Something I've noticed! Reviewers are loving this album yet hating the Love Riot album just because it features Tait. Well, Tait is also responsible for THIS album as well. I think we should all give Tait and Love Riot a chance! They're both great! This album is also one of my favorites! Newsboys are awesome!

I grew up listening to Newsboys and let me tell you… this was my holy grail when i was younger. I would beg my dad to play it over and over and over in his car just so i could hear this song and fill my heart with Gods Holiness and Love. Im serious, i would sing to all the songs and listen to how all the instruments flowed together. Anyway my point is that God IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE DEAD. He is ALIVE. it takes more faith to deny Christ than to believe in Him. Believing in Him isn't easy… He didn’t want it to be easy in fact He in a way gave us a challenge. He filled this Earth with bad people so we can declare His name and learn to love God and trust in Him and make disciples. God wants all of us to believe that He is Christ. Such a great album, my favorite song is actually Forever Reign, but being 14, nothing is cooler than going to school and seeing kids listening to this rather than that other rap and pop junk. GREAT JOB!!!

Music is awesome

First of all, the film is a complete sham. The "scientific evidence" for God is opinion and Professor Hawking's quote is grossly misused. Look, I don't mind people believing that a God may exist, but believing and unhealthy obsession are two different things. Just treat everyone fairly (yes, that means homosexuals as well, Christians). God is dead, so live well, love often, treat equality like it's a natural instinct, and don't allow ignorance to rule your existence.

This album pales into comparison to their previous one, which I bought in full (so far the only Newsboys album I've done that with). Thank goodness for Kevin Max saving the day on "I Am Second", giving the much-needed rock punch that DC Talk have been famous for, otherwise I would only give it 1 star.

The first record with Michael Tait was sort of a let down for me, but a good album nontheless, but this brings back everything I love about them:Good, fun, worshipful and catchy tunes that you sing throughout the whole day. This is a brilliant album with each song (even the covers) done in a way we haven't heard before. These covers are all better than the originals, and the originals are amazing. My only disappointment is that every nearly every song is upbeat and there aren't any songs that are really intimate and acoustic; being a big acoustic, folk fan I would have really loved a song like that, that would shoot this album to my all time favourites list. But besides that this is a great album I would recommend to any pop/rock fan.
