Frame of mind is my favorite till it's over is also good!
So perfect, I dont even have words to discribe it👍. Great job Monstercat
This album is just clearly the most amazing Monstercat label album I have listened to. COMPLETING MY ALBUM NOW!
I have always liked all the artists in monstercat but now after listening to old and new songs I realize that there make a whole lot more that just music there making Beauty it's self I love All of the songs thank you for such a great album I love you guys
After listening to Surface in my car I know have a crach in the windshield. Amazing album!
HELP US HELP THESE AMAZING ARTISTS REACH THE TOP OF THE DANCE MUSIC WORLD!!! <3 monstercat!!
Even though it is 2015 when I'm writing this, Monstercat 17 is still one of the best albums they have made yet. And to be honest, I'm surprised that the Virtual Riot mix of Quantum didn't get as much praise with its complex synth and amazing drop. The entire album contains amazing songs, and I can't wait for Monstercat 22 :D
The best monstercat album to date. All the songs are great and the diversity is nice as always with monstercat.
Everything is great especially Cheat Codes
Love the songs, but "Taking over" and "excellent choice" won't download.
Another great release from Monstercat. The mixes were perfect together, and the best songs on the album are Cheat Codes, Drink Up, Open Hour, and Power Fracture. I could live without Hero, though, as the singer is pretty annoying. Overall, I would defiantly buy this album again.
AWESOME.
Best album ever.
Top 3: Hero Surge Surface
Love this album but they all are good. This is literally the best artist I have ever listened to.... I bought all of the albums which were very affordable for around 32 songs!
All good but these are the best
Best album since I joined the Monstercat family back on 010
Surface had me like d(-_-)b 10/10 would buy again
This is the first full Monstercat album I've ever bought. I'll usually buy like 4-5 on an album, but this album is so good I had to buy it all. Buy this album!
This is my all time favright monstercat album. Top 5: Follow u Phosphor Frame of mind Hero Moonlight
Great Work this time guys! 👏 Surface is Amazing!
Everyone, show support. I wanna see the Monstercat Label grow even bigger than it already is.
all things evolve so doz music ha jason D will b h8ed in the future ha ha ha go monster cat love so much bott a monster cat hudy :-) aw ya
Personally, I think this album outruns 012 by a longshot.
Omg. I love this album. Frame of mind is as good as flight. And tut tut child didn't disappoint with drink up and the munsta is amazing. BUY IT.
The best part of hero was 1:33-2:22, it was awesome.
This is awesome Reach, Power Fracture, Cheat Codes are some faves. Does Reach by Grant Bowie remind anyone else of Hudson Mohawke? Hmmm...
-=This Is The Best Monstercat Album EVER!!=-
Monstercat is amazing! Great tracks!!
The beat sounds very professional and it just gives off a gentle vibe on the melody. Anyway this song deserves way more popularity than it has now. I recommend this song to newcomers and people familiar with monstercat or more specifically haywyre
What's a better deal? Spending ~$10 for ~ an hour of music by a single person/band with some songs you don't like? Or spending ~$10 for ~4 hours of music, with many artists, which may have many songs you don't like, but more bang for the buck. Whopping 24 minutes per dollar, where as my previous example had 4 minutes of music for a dollar.
1. Reach - This song is such a great first track on the album. It’s pretty chill, but it’s still a jam. Welcome to the family Grant Bowtie! (9/10) 2. Surface - Another new artist, and another great Monstercat debut. Aero Chord’s trap is very different from others’, and he certainly proved that here. MAKE THE GROUND SHAKE! (9/10) 3. Hero - Perfect in every way. It’s got everything you could ever need: a hardstyle section, a dubstep section, great vocals, and a soothing outro. Best track from the Nerds in a while. (10/10) 4. Frame of Mind - The last time Tristam and Braken made a song together, it became the most popular song on Monstercat. And they did not disappoint this time. Tristam’s vocals are amazing as always, and Braken even adds a verse. (8/10) 5. Follow You - Au5 making house?! Don’t be alarmed guys, this is definitely one of the best Monstercat House releases in a while. Danyka Nadeau’s vocals really add to the track, and watch out for that second drop! (8/10) 6. Eagle Eyes - New artist #3. The vocals are chilling, and the drop sounds really similar to Au5 and Fractal. Not that that’s a bad thing though. If you liked Modulate and Rocket Pimp, you’ll love Stonebank ;) (8/10) 7. One Night Only - New artist #4! Trivecta said himself that the vocals were originally going to be for a hip hop song, but he was able to make a truly fantastic dubstep song out of it. The little guitar solo in the outro is one of the highlights of the song to me. Trivecta is quickly becoming one of my favorite producers. (9/10) 8. Too Late - New artist #5! Rootkit is only about 16 right now (that’s my age!) and he’s already crushing it on Monstercat. This is a great liquid drum n’ bass song. Rootkit adds his signature pitched-down vocals, and it’s pretty relaxing too. If you can get past the repetitiveness of this song, you’ll like it. Personally, I prefer Do It to this song. (7/10) 9. Surge - Noisestorm is back! The melody is great, and so is the drop. The drop feels like it’s missing something though, but I don’t know what… (8/10) 10. Wanna Know You - Probably my favorite Direct song. This is what “real” dubstep is, for all you perfectionists out there. If you ever need a really relaxing song to calm you down, this is a perfect choice. Holly Drummond’s vocals are great too. (8/10) 11. Power Fracture - What genre is this?? Doesn’t matter, because it’s a fantastic song. This song is guaranteed to pump you up for ANYTHING. “Because I do know what is best for you.” (9/10) 12. The Schism - Haywyre recently released the first ever Monstercat LP, Two Fold Pt.1, and this song is one of its shining jewels. Just like any other Haywyre song, it’s masterfully produced, and it’s chill yet funky at the same time. (8/10) 13. The Munsta - THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKIN’ ‘BOUT! SCNDL drops their first ever solo release on Monstercat, and after the blandness of Bleed, this is a great improvement. This is what Melbourne bounce should sound like. (8/10) 14. Taking Over - This is drastically different from the usual Favright sound we’ve come to know and love, but I’ve heard this type of electro house tons of times. It’s honestly not that great to me. (7/10) 15. Quantum (Virtual Riot Remix) - Virtual Riot has a very unique style. This is no exception. It’s a mix of heavy, liquid, and melodic dubstep, and I love it. But please, Astronaut, NO MORE REMIX EPS. (8/10) 16. All on Me - Monstercat hyped up this release a TON before it came out, and it lived up to the hype. This is the perfect electro house song. No other way to describe it. (8/10) 17. Excellent Choice - Stephen Walking does what he does best, which is using exactly the same sounds he uses in all his other songs. But this song is still really catchy. (8/10) 18. Cheat Codes - AKA New Game 2: Electric Boogaloo. Oh man though, this track is awesome. It’s got a great melody and it will definitely make you dance. (9/10) 19. Halo - Eminence is back with trance! This is a pretty good trance track, and the buildup is decent, but the main melody is…missing something. (7/10) 20. Seconds Away - Welcome back Soulero! Soulero really knows how to make an uplifting house track. This track takes you back in time and brings back great memories of the past. If you’re ever in a bad mood, listen to this song. (8/10) 21. Do It - Probably my favorite song on this album. The first drop is SO SO GOOD, and the second drop made the entire visualizer bounce to the beat on Monstercat’s YouTube channel. Nike should use this song in their commercials. (10/10) 22. Inside Out - DotEXE is back with…trap? OK then. This is actually a pretty good trap song. And if you like the music video for Satisfaction by Benny Benassi, you’ll love the music video for this song. (8/10) 23. The Covenant - Droptek making neurofunk? Oh yes. This song is such a jam. (8/10) 24. Itvara - Fractal should make more electro house. It’s AMAZING. (9/10) 25. Don’t Forget - Ironically, this song is pretty forgettable for me. (6/10) 26. Phosphor - Feint makes some pretty awesome breaks. All I can say. (8/10) 27. Drink Up - This is the first time TTC’s had two songs on one album since 007! This song really has a Dance To It vibe. Go ahead, drink up to this song. (8/10) 28. Moonlight - Probably the best dubstep song on the album. The vocals are nice, and the drop is INCREDIBLE. (10/10) 29. Open Hour - Meh, this song is funky, but it feels kind of empty to me. (6/10) 30. Out on a Limb - The Fij’s deep house is awesome. Jonny Rose’s vocals really adds something to the track too. If you’re a DJ, this song will certainly get everybody on the dance floor. (9/10)
I love you Monstercat! When i get some more money im going to buy albums instead of individual songs! This is the best song ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope Monstercat never ends and anyone that hates the songs then you have bad taste in music good sir!
TIS THE GREATEST ALBUM THEY EVER TWAS
I've only known/been a fan of Monstercat since 16 released, but i've been obsessed with them ever since, listening to almost all of their albums (going backwards, im on 6). 7, 12, and 13 certainly earned their rights to gloat, but i remained zealous in my love for 16. Then 17 came out, and after listening to Cheat Codes, Hero, Drink Up (my fave), and Frame of Mind, I am now going through a divorce... Great job, Monstercat!!! Cant wait for 18!!
Little baby Jesbat!!!!!

this album is so diverse with a great variety of Dubstep such as the more present electro! This album also has noisestorm a great trance artist as well as techno producer it's a big step from 016 and a great masterpiece!!!!!!!!
I feel that Fractal hasn't gotten enough credit for their awesome new song, Itvara. Totally check it out, it sounds amazing!
