Sad movie but a great look at history. The soundtrack is great
I saw this movie several years ago and recently acquired this soundtrack. The music is so emotional and definately brings back the moments in the movie. In particular Attack brought tears as I listened. However the entire soundtrack is worth being on my frequent plays.
i just watched this movie and omg its sooooo sad!! and i cant believe that many people died during the attack!!its unbelieveable!! all the movies Hans Zimmer has composed music for has been amazing!! my favs are Pearl Harbor and Pirates of the Carrabean!! I FULLY recommend buying this album!!!! all the songs are equally amazing!! the music even wants to make me cry! i balled my eyes out during the movie!! i recommend it!! enjoy!!
this movie is so sad and the music makes it sadder. i could honestly cry just listening to the soundtrack!
Beautiful and haunting music, even if you have not seen the movie the soundtrack is definitely worth a listen. Hans Zimmer is an amazing, versatile composer; if you enjoyed the music from Pirates of Caribbean this has the same originality but is a lot lighter. I would recommend the Tennessee track, modern instrumental music at its best.
This isn't really a review. But for the person who said it was Rafes fault for leaving...when someone leaves to fight putting there life at risk it is so you dont have to. For those over seas, there wives and partners are not obligated to cheat on them. The love plot in the movie ruined it from being a ten out of ten. Aside, the soundtrack follows very much of the movie theme. If you like the movie, and get an emotional sense from watching it, then this soundtrack can do much the same by bringing you back to that state.
this movie was soooo saddd.. i dont want DANNY TO DIE!!! i mean Rafe just left her and come on! Danny is gonna be a fatherrr!! good music though. my fave songs are There youll be and Tennessee

The first time I saw Pearl Harbor I cried, When I heard this music I cried even more. This soundtrack is absoluty beautiful.

I love the songs on this movie!!! The songs fit the movie perfectly! The best of them are obviously There you'll be, which sounds amazing sung by Faith Hill and Tennessee by Hans Zimmer, the tune just gets stuck in your head. I love it!
Ok so im looking for the song "attack" by Hans Zimmer. Unfortunately whence arriving on itunes in the category where i found the song, it was buy album only. So i looked at the album and saw 9 songs. GREAT! This should only cost me no more than £12 at most. But it isnt. Oh and ignore the comments above. The movie was terrible. Biggest load of American rubbish to ever leave Hollywood. Watch Atonement.
Now I am only 14 but i loved the movie and i think this soundtrack is absolultely amazing. It's a must have.
This music is so emotive and powerfull. I love it! It compliments the movie so well, as the movie is the most emotional one i have ever sat through. Ps Ben Affeck is so hot in this movie!

Love the movie, love the music - LOVE Hans Zimmer. But where are all the other songs? It's not that iTunes left them out, THIS IS the whole CD! It's missing so many other gorgeous songs from the films - for example, where are the pieces from where the Japanese are preparing to invade? Apart from that, this is some of Hans Zimmer's finest. It fits the film perfectly and fills you with emotion :)
Well composed, emotional music that fits the movie very well. I hate to be the odd one out, but i didnt actually cry when i saw the movie, or heard the soundtrack...but yeah. Great music, and it has my recomendation.
