Best compilation of Dance/Techno/Trance so far that I found. Beats getting single tracks together from other albums. Good for workouts, too.

If you are just getting into this genre, this is a great start. Lots of good music to get you going. If I were you, I would buy this album.

itunes needs to show the diffrence between diffrent genres better so crackheads like you dont say this is bad dance but while its really trance. its not the best, but its not bad for $10

50 songs that are not bad at all. Haven't heard of a lot of the artists, but I'm definately glad I gave this album a chance!

Amazing. One of the best techno/trance albums I've heard in a long time. A must buy for all techno/trance fans.

Excellent compilation - and for those that think the "original" sandstorm is a Darude track, just stop before you look like a complete fool. Remixing another artists work is an acceptable and common practice. You can be sure Darude ok'd the sampling.

Man! this cd gets me so hyped before all my games that i'm gettin recruited by all the d-1 colleges and you should be seeing my name on sportscenter 24/7. this cd should go platinum!

first off there's no techno on this comp. secondly i think the wording is mixed up. while the tracks are clearly "anthem-trance", not one is what i would consider a trance anthem. I mean look at the artist list, no bonzai, noom, platipus, uptown underground, tresor records artists at all?????

A bit premature but I've listened to the first 3 tracks and I am quite happy. I bought this on a whim due to the bargain. I like all kinds of music. I run and music is helpful. This particular style of muisc is great for me to run to. The trick is I also like a bit of melody and this pretty melodic for the genre. I am also a dance teacher and delighted to find tracks I can use for class.

even though i bought a sandstorm 1 minute before finding this great deal, i still bought it!!! i got nervous when they said 'my album' because i thought it was a catch. so in the end I got 50 songs for $9.00!!! i am so exited to work out to these! and plus they're all 8 minutes long. i think this album could play for a whole day nonstop. for me (an inexperienced listener) all of these are the same, and i love it

i would recomend previewing most of these cause at first i thought i likes it then i realised that i only liked about 5-6 of them, the 50 its a good deal but i really didnt like alot of them (i cannot stand having a song i dont really enjoy on my libray) so wait before you buy this a listin to a few

This is a great album, and for $9.99? You gotta be kidding. These songs are 6 minutes+ and 50 of them for $9.99 is a STEAL. Anyways, best song on the album hands own is The Dream from Doug Laurent. AMAZING SONG!

This is some fairly decent trance. However, some of it is the same basic beat with some small overlays, but that's to be expected. There's some wicked sweet tracks intersperced with decent stuff, but on the whole, this album/collection is well worth it. 50 tracks for ten bucks? Good luck finding that anywhere but BitTorrent these days.

i love this trance/dance music whatever it is, but i wish the entire song could be like the 30 second preview... for example i just bought 1(Scot Project Mix) because the 30 seconds is awesome..and then i listened to it and 5 or 6 minutes of it is this boring repetative, plain old beat. i wish it was shorter but only with the good parts

For those who love rave music but don't know exactly what genre you're listening to when you hear an awesome song (for example if you're not sure if it's trance, techno, progressive, house...), take note that this album is what you hear at raves. More than half of them are AWESOME tracks. I highly, highly recommend this mix if you love rave music!

omg wow if you like techno and trance then it is a total mistake not to get this album. i mean come on! it is 50 songs for 10 dollars and over half of them are great. even if you only like 10 you already bought the value of the cd. MUST BUY! and by the way the sandstorm on this cd is way better than the original by dardude

This album consists of mostly of UK Hardhouse and Hard Trance. Most people that have reviewed this album calling it "techno" apparently can't differentiate between the various genres of Electronic Dance Music (Yeah I'm on my high horse here, so what, educate yourself). There are a couple good tracks; yet most are boring hoovers with an offset bass crap.

One word.....PUMPING!!!!!

I love this stuff... nice deep sounds. It makes me want to headbang or something, except i dont have long hair, and this isn't quite rock. lol but this stuff is great anyway

So grating and offensive I can't get past song #25. Of the 100's of albums on my ipod this is rock bottom. The fact that it is a top seller is misleading, perhaps best not to go with the crowd in this case.

You know those pop music cds that are really cheap because it's popular songs done karaoke style by unknown artists? That's what this is for trance...notice how all of these are remixes? That's because they're all remakes by unknowns. The songs are okay, and for $10 its not a bad deal, but if you really want to get something worthy of the world of trance, buy a compilation released by Ministry of Sound (also relatively good deals at about $20 for 30 songs), or at least look up the original artists of songs you like to hear the real thing.

This is the best ever techno cd....Everything is great and I have listened to it many times and never got tired of any of the songs.... If you like techno than this is the cd.....

Dont listen to those last crummy reviews. Mr. "B-lll" doesnt understand he listens to enthereal and progressive trance. i checked out what he recommended and it doesnt sound anything like this so he doesnt have the right to review it. this album revolves around Hard and a little anthemic trance. so yes i would buy the whole thing for 10 bucks (which i did) and you will be let down by a few songs but there is some stuff to be held in here that is quite good.

Very few songs were worth listening to. Yes "Trance" is an anticipation genre for those with patience, but after all the "4 on the Floor's" I was graciously let down. I don't care how cheap this album is. You get what you pay for.

the wide assortment of techno found here is wonderful.. at only $10, it cant be beat. you wont find the newest material here but u will find much of the best, much of which is fairly new. i mix techno regularly. take it from me that this is worth your money for lots and lots of enjoyment.

Lot's of cheap remixes that don't come close to the originals.... Mostly Dance rather than Trance. Still good enough for a party where you just want to hook up instead of enjoying the music...

This CD is an example of some of the best CD's and some of the best unknown artists out there and it is a bargain. Tunnal Alliance's sandstorm is better then the orignal song by Darude song. Also the magic flute by lindstorm is one of the best and most educational party songs ever. The educationa part is mixed into the music so if you don't want to learn don't worry. Frozen is also good It Began in Africa is a Remix if the song from the CD NYC Trance underground Mixed by Louis Devito. Buyers be warned This CD is not your normal trance mix it is more along Party/ Dance songs with some Trance type Dance Music Mixed in Just an illusion and I'm Rushin which beats the original is also a remix heard the original on Itunes radio and there both good.

This mix is a really good price for what you get. It get s a little tiring though because it is all so high strung. I like to relax with other music like Alex Cooper or Digweed aftter listening to this for a while.

Overall this is a 3/5; but it becomes a 4/5 because you WILL find atleast 11 tracks you like/love and thereofr buying the album become a bargain. The people naysaying this album are either fake-trance fanboys who would NOT know the real stuff if it bit them in the butt or trance purists that dont liuke the techno and sometimes house vibe some of the tracks have. Not all trance is pure. Diversity man, DIVERSITY!

This was prety good and most of teh sogs were all riht, but some are repetetive. I like Sandstorm but it was maybe a litle too long.

this album is amazing. although some songs are kinda weird, overall its great to just chill out to especially when doing homework, playing games, and having ddp's (dance dance parties lolz).

I have a remake of sandstorm and this one is just as good! Sandstorm is a must song.
