When I was in high school, I used to listen to him. Granted this was in the 80's and no one knew I listed to him. Everyone thought he was strange. I saw myself being different then and still to this day. He is a truly gifted person. I don't think anyone can compare to the king of pop. RIP MJ I love you and your fabulous music!

Great 5 out 5 stars album, there is no doubt. Every song is simply wonderful. Michael's vocal ability is one of the kind, and his songs are unique, complex and multi layered. The thing I don't like about this CD is, many of his great songs are not included. My recommend Album is History. If I had to choose between Number 1 and History, I would choose History, because History covers all of his greatest hits PLUS a whole new 5 stars album, some great pictures and lyrics. History is the album to buy of all time. But if you don't want to spend too much money, then Number 1 is better.

Even though most of these songs didn't make it to number one, it's still a good indication of Michael's raw talent. There is one song missing, which did go to number one - Say, Say, Say - with Paul McCartney. I assume that it wasn't included in this compilation because it wasn't written by Michael. Still, this compilation is a good buy.

This album really represents that Michael Jackson ia an amazing musical genius. Therefore, all the tracks are amazing. Unfortunatley, they didn't include some of his other amazing singles.. although that would be a very large album. I would reccomend purchasing this album and then buying some of his other tracks on his other albums.

All of his songs are mindblowing! If it wasn't for the KING OF POP, there wouldn't be them... He got an awards when MTV first conducted their awarding shows for deserving artists in 1984. Michael, you are so unique! If people know what I mean... Loving and missing you, Mike.. :(

I have always admired Michael Jacksons work.Like me I think most pplz grew up dancing to his tunes and being amazed with the thriller clip.Even though I am in generation Y I dont have the same respect for artists today as I do for Michael.His style was awesome and all his.I am very sad I didnt get to see him live but this cd is as close as it can get.Peace & love Frvers!!

Elvis has his list of number ones, and so does Michael. Though I wish there were some other great hits that he did in here, they weren't number ones, and this album probably has the songs that everyone has heard, and if you haven't been bothered to get an album of his until now, it's worth it as tribute for the entertainment he has provided us over the years.

The tracks that I have purchased already from this album are great, as you'd expect, so I have been trying to complete this album as offered to me for 85p for months but every time I press "buy" I get a message back saying "we are sorry but we are currently working on this album" or something to that effect.
