I've been a Backstreet fan since the hey day. (I liked NSYNC more but that's neither here nor there). Wasn't sure if they would be good without Kevin. Still, this album has some of their best material since the 90s. Download Treat Me Right and Downpour, they are the best songs on the album.

I love this album and all their other albums....I have to say when they went on hiatus, I was worried they were going to go the same way as NSYNC. Luckily they didnt and when Unbreakable came out, lots of my friends made rude comments about them, but if you're a true BSB fan then you know not to listen to what they say and let it go, thats just what I did. BACKSTREET'S BACK ALRIGHT!!! 15 years down....
I have been a BsB fan for as far back as I can remember, and these songs are unmistakably BsB. However, they threw some new beats in the mix, and that is most definitely not a bad thing. Of all the albums (in every genre) I own, this is my absolute favorite album. The tracks go from good to great. Unbreakable deserves all five stars!
I truly am praying for the Backstreet boys to have a LOT of success with this album and the one that is out now. its a great one. just listen to inconsolable. its great and even though most people have already put them in the cookie cutter catagory....when you honestly listen to their songs. you will be inspired and you will know that they truly have great talent. and are great performers and artists. AJ's voice is so powerful. Nick and Brians voices make me feel conforted. And Howie's back vocals are very powerful. though you dont hear much from him but the bit you do will impact you. the Bacstreet boys should get another chance and a clean slate from ALL of you. Stop remembering and comparing them to their past. just see them as the great artists they are now. and help them as much as you can go out and tell your friends...that no they are not dead. they stilll make amazing music.
I have been an avid Backstreet Boys fan since I first heard "Quit Playin' Games (With My Heart)". I followed the closely up until "Never Gone", which I was sure would be the last I ever heard of them. When I bought this album, it was mainly off my like of the single "Inconsolable". I believe I gave it one, maybe two listens before dismissing it as generic and uninteresting. However, I recently gave the album another chance and my opinion has almost completely changed. While the songs may not be as catchy as much of the group's earlier work, it touches on deeper subjects than the simple teenage-pleasing pop ballads they are best known for. The group has grown from crowd-pleasing boy-band to mature harmony vocal group. Standouts here include "Something that I Already Know", "Unmistakable", and--as I mentioned before--"Inconsolable". The bonus track, "Downpour" is another great example of the depth of their sound, as well as the haunting closer "Unsuspecting Sunday Afternoon". While not every song is a hit, and there's a little bit of filler here, rest assured this isn't the cheesy bubblegum pop you grew up with. It deserves much more credit than that.

I really love all the songs are this album. It's a rare treat when you can say all the songs are great. It has everything, from uptempo songs to heartfelt ballads.

I love BSB and this album is great! It shows off everyone's voice and it still has that BSB sound, just with newer more up-to-date tracks. I woul recommend this to any fan. They will really enjoy. Also, check out THIS IS US..the new cd.
Ever since Kevin left, I have not listened to any other other albums when there were just 4, until this year. And I after I listened to this I literally cried because this was soo amazing and I missed out on this incredible music when I was still mad that Kevin wasn't back. From now on I will NEVER miss another album no matter what! BSB Fan for life!

when you say backstreet boys, what instantly comes to mind? a boyband manufactured by a huge label...a teenybopper little band that every girl loves...brian.nick.aj.howie.kevin...? well, whatever USED to come to your mind when you thought about BSB changes after you listen to this album! even though kevin is gone now, bsb is still better than ever!(: this album shows their true strengths as artists, especially in the songs inconsolable & unsuspecting sunday afternoon, my favorites. with less pop than before, the boys minus one have created a fantastic album of 16 AMAZING songs that you'll fall in love with instantly. i'm proud to say that every single song on this cd is one of my favorites...they're all breathtaking & wonderful...and if you don't believe me, i dare you to buy this cd, or just one song from it..and TRY to prove me wrong... *PS. You won't prove me wrong. :)

It took me a little while to get this album, because of Kevin, and now I regret it! It's such a fun album.
This album is one of the best, if not the best from BSB. Although it is short one member, it shows how much the guys have grown up in the years they were out of the limelight and shows a more sophisticated, mature sound from them. For those who enjoyed the old stuff, they'll love the new album.

This album is very musically diverse and has a lot of songs that could have been singles. These songs are very diverse and showcase their talent. The problem is that most people wont take them out of that bubblegum pop persona era. They have evolved and showed the world that they can last for a decade and even more on their musical talents. No other band has last long from the 99-00 era like Backstreet Boys have. Keep it up and can't wait for new album. Congrats on all the sucess and here's to another 10 years and counting.
I have loved them since I was about two years old. I know that's young, but my sister loved them also. She was 5. I had all of their albums up until 2000, then dropped them because I thought they disappeared. I'm so glad I re-discovered them!
For anybody that says that BSB are *NSYNC wanna-be's... Then they're very wrong in many ways... BSB came out before *NSYNC ever came out... So, I'd say *NSYNC are the BSB wanna-be's... Even though I like *NSYNC, they will never be as good, better, or successful as the BACKSTREET BOYS...

Why unmistakable wasn't released as a single still boggles my mind 5 years later. The song in my opinion should have been there first single off the album but that was then..hopefully with Jive records no longer pulling the strings the right material for this amazing group will always be produced.

I love this but I do have to say that I miss Kevin. Kevin and Bryan were always my favorites. (They are so cute!) The backstreet boys will always be amazing singers.
