Some good songs, but he's overrated overall. A couple 3 star songs and a few 2 star songs, but otherwise they are throwaways. Golden Years was done better by Mason and Heroes was done way better by Wallflowers.

My two favorite songs of David's are Space Oddity and Hero's. He was a great performer and his music will live forever through all generations. Thanks David for your magical gift of music that you shared with us all !

One hit just rolls into the other until the album bogs down with the latter works included here from Bowie. It's a shame Starman and Panic in Detroit could not have been added instead. Still a good listen!

I bought this in CD format years ago and it was a two-CD set with 19 tracks on each CD. This is a very much scaled down version leaving off some of his very best songs. Thanks iTunes. I thought I was buying the complete compilation. I'm a lifelong Bowie fan and wanted the digital version of the original release. I feel ripped off. Guess I'll check track listings from now on before I assume it's the real deal.

While I'm part of the younger generation, I still find this music fascinating. A few years ago, I heard "Space Oddity" and it instantly became my favorite song. I even feel a little sad when I hear major Tom sign off for the last time. I don't think we'll ever have another David Bowie, so let's listen to this out of respect and pray he is never forgotten. Rest In Peace

Ever since he died I couldn't stop listening to his music. I only knew him for the goblin king until a few days before he died. So sad😭

I noticed there’s a little red “E” next to fame, and I’ve listened to the song hundreds of times and have never heard a single curse word in it... I even looked up the lyrics to double check and still didn’t find anything that would make it explicit. Someone explain lol

The first song I learned to play on the guitar was Space Oddity. It was just sooo pleasant and smooth to play. From the beginning we all knew he was marching to a different drummer, but it was okay because he was really a gifted talented musician. This is a fine collection of his body of work. Even if you haven't heard of his work this will grow on you. He will truly be missed.

It's apple's. This isn't really the best version of this collection and also there is no "singles 1969 to 1993" on itunes. Thanks apple.

Tracks 16-20 are not included apparently; they don’t tell you that before you buy it. Otherwise still worth it.

The only way it could better would be if it had MORE. Like the Labyrinth soundtrack, perhaps.

I love this album with golden years heroes changes and so much more. + I absolutely love David Bowie but I wish panic in Detroit all the young dudes and slow burn took the stage. Thank u though thank u (:

I bought like 8 songs from this album and later realized they are shortened versions of the songs that ruin some of the pacing that was included with the original longer versions. Im going to have to buy those instead...

Why the singles versions? That's just a rip off. If I wanted this collection I would purchase the songs individually, from their respective albums and put them in a playlst. I could really just buy two or three and add them into the Changes Bowie folder.

This album has all the favorite hits. I am still devistated by his death, and was glad to find this with all of my favorite songs, Golden Years, Fame, etc etc. There will never be another like him. I had originally purchased only two songs from this album, but since the news I caught of his passing I decided to get the rest of the album. This has all the gems and even the duets with Queen and Mick Jagger and love every one of them. This to me is not only a great collection of his best stuff, but a nice way to give memory to a truly talented song writer and artist. RIP David Bowie your music will live on for a long time. 😇

David Bowie was definitely an artist ahead of his time, fearlessly exploring styles, bending genres as easily as genders in an androgynous, soulful and wonderful ride. Rest easy, Goblin King...

As has become almost standard for Apple an ITunes, this song fails to download. I gave it one star because they sent me about 5 seconds of the entire song. As such I'm being extremely generous in awarding them an entire one star.
