I don't understand why a lot of people are hating on the album and movie. I'm one of the most stubborn people in the world and I willing to go watch it and fall out boy has done an amazing job with their song in this album

The songs in the soundtrack are both classic and new; amazing seeing hit songs come together with popular artists' new take on the Ghostbusters theme.

From what I have heard and the pieces that I have seen, the movie is horrible. Here on the soundtrack, there are only three songs that hold any good impression with me. Walk the Moon, Pentatonix, and G-Eazy. The rest are pretty bad.

This album has really amazing songs. 5sos did really well.

One would never consider this worthy to be called Ghostbusters

5sos' Girls Talk Boys is aMAZING. I love it. The rest of the album is okay. Kinda sad you have the buy the whole album for 5sos.

Well since we're not living in the 80's anymore I think it's appropriate to say this music is perfect to introduce Ghostbusters to the new generation. In particular, Ghoster, and the one from Mark Ronson w/ Passion Pit whom I love. 5SOS also has a great beat to it and their voices sound great. Unfortunately I wasn't really feeling Elle King on this one, I love her style and her music but I just couldn't get into it but another I did enjoy was 'Saw it Coming'. Plus, Walk The Moon's cover of 'Ghostbusters' is so nicely done and w/ great vocals. I can't say I can praise Fall out boy (ft.Missy Elliot) but I do appreciate their new spin on the song it does become catchy 3 1/2 out 5 for their cover of 'Ghostbusters'. Although I'm not a big fan of Pentatonix I can't deny their talented voices creating such a unique sounding cover of Ray's original it was so upbeat and just really makes you bop your head to the beat (or I guess I suppose their voices). I obviously can't forget about Ray Parker Jr.'s classic single. His voice with the original funky beat just awesome and unforgettable.

I'm only here for "Girls Talk Boys" and let me tell you it's amazing. I was going to get the album before the official release but at the time it said album only. But on the day of the release I got the single and its amazing. 10 out of 10.

The movie was a big flaw. The beginning sequences of the film was great and compelling, then it took an unexpected turn for the worse. This reboot was a total disaster. The only thing promising was a better view of the CGI of the ghosts itself. The Soundtrack of all these remixes from Ray Parker Jr, why? You're killing his original theme.

this soundtrack had so much potential. they had the chance to completely remake the classic Ghostbusters in a new and memorable way, but it fell short. Fall out Boy, Walk the Moon, Elle King, Pentatonix, 5 Seconds of Summer... a very alternative approach. I love their music, but i'm not sure this was the right fit. Fall Out Boy wasn't as bad as everyone is saying, but this soundtrack is only mediocre.

I loved the movie with all my heart. I found it eye-catching, funny, charming, and a great take on the original movie but soundtrack isn't the best in my opinion. They also made the best songs album only and sorry but I don't want to buy the whole album to get the only three songs I like.

This is a great soundtrack, but there is so much remakes of the original song. It kind of annoys me that there are so many remakes (some remakes worse than others.) I do love all the artist's songs, but still they beat it over the head with so much parody's of the original song. I would of liked to see a new ghost song that has the same snappy tune as the original.

Omg this soundtrack in general has some good songs but ugh ZAYN'S IS SO GOOD!!!!

You can't really claim you're trying to be fresh and do new things when your soundtrack has THREE versions of the old movie's theme song. Be a faithful to the source or do your own thing, don't kill somethign and wear it's bones That said pentonix did a great job and alot of these songs are good, it's just what they're tied to is a shame
