On this track, Bas teams up with FKJ to rap about a relationship with a woman in which he took a “Risk.” She was almost too perfect at first but later became distant and nonresponsive, and Bas wants her back. In an Instagram post on November 19, 2019, FKJ wrote the following about the song: "When we began talking through DMs with Bas a few months ago. somehow it felt to me we had known each other for a long time. We were sharing some vibes just because. I sent him this EP. “Risk” was originally just an instrumental made in the Ylang Ylang room. When he sent back what he recorded on it, I got goosebumps feeling like I’m experiencing the same situation in life. He did that first take and didn’t need to add more."
