What happened to the WHO....best bit of music in the film

This was not what I was expecting. Not a moving score, Hans Zimmer usually does not let down, this was a let down. Miles Teller’s take on Great Balls of Fire lacks the excitement of that song, never really takes off. OneRepublic song boring. Hold My Hand is a song that takes time to grow on you, needs more than one listening. Overall this is a weak soundtrack for such an anticipated Top Gun sequel.

Just purely enjoyable music. Not sure why folks are so harsh. This is a great line up and the sounds are beautiful. Sit back, relax and just enjoy it!

No real vision with the score here. Thankfuly it did not hurt the film - but it sure didnt help. Should have left the dated Falthmeyer sound behind and let Hans sit this one out. Balfe could have been let loose to bring something fresher and more electronic.

The lady Gaga’s song is boring. Not a great soundtrack song. Not worth listening to. Only song that will be out of this world will be the one by OneRepublic.

Pre ordered this, ended up downloading as separate albums. Then tried deleting and re-adding but that didn’t work. So I lost my Danger Zone. Other songs are okay, I like Great Balls of Fire. Thanks for nothing I guess.

AMAZING SOUNDTRACK!

No, they literally killed it. OneRepublic haven’t been relevant since Counting Stars back in 2013. Footloose (2011). Space Jam: A New Legacy. The Lion King (2019). Top Gun: Maverick. A few of the movies that tried to follow up amazing soundtracks but fell way too short. They should have taken lessons on how to actually be successful with killer music.

Really needed a fast pace song on this album so hoping for a danger zone type album

This album is one of the worst I’ve purchased. I should know better than to buy without listening to the whole song. 10 out of the 12 songs are just poorly repeated notes and lyrics. Wish I could get my money back!!!

Don’t care how much they promote her, how much she tries to shoehorn herself into everything, lady blah blah is the most unappealing entertainer of the last 15 years. Stop trying to force her on everyone.

These are Hans Zimmer songs with Ladt Gaga name attached for buzz and key word search. Lazy marketing ploy to have her name attached to arrangements done by a legendary music producer.

This was a great soundtrack, the movie was great and even if not watching the movie, the soundtrack is still nice to listen to without the context of the movie. Saying that, it’s sad to see the reviews that were one star mainly were sexist and truly appalling. If you didn’t know, it was the director, the producer, Tom Cruise, and Hans Zimmer that like approve and have Lady Gaga to work in the soundtrack. So y’all negative review is basically pointing the finger and blaming those people that made the movie for your ‘hatred’ of the soundtrack.

This has to be the worst soundtrack for 2022. All the new songs sounds like poop and the old songs don’t do justice in this compilation. Com Truise need to retire… his movies are getting aweful!

Lady Gaga did THAT! 🙌

It has some repeats of songs from the first album, it would have been nice if Kenny Loggins could either write new music individually, or team up with Harold Faltermeyer. It kind of seems like a rehash of the original soundtrack of the first movie with a few changes here and there.

So Danger Zone is on the album. You purchase it- but then Apple says not available in my region. That’s ridiculous. Fix it please. Or refund

The Gaga sound is fantastic, and it is fitting for the Top Gun sequel! However, the song by One Republic is absolute GARBAGE! I hope the rest of the songs are not like the One Republic song.

Take my hand is amazing and lady Gaga killed it again

For as amazing the film was, the soundtrack lacked substance to adequately compliment the film. Gaga’s Hold My Hand just repeats itself and has a tough time connecting the film and music. Just doesn’t work for me.

I feel like the sensation Lady Gaga gave me sums up to this upcoming movie. Chills and most importantly the rich experience just by one song. OneRepublic got this one too and I like it!

Okay, so I totally don’t like Lady Gaga one bit, but I am writing this review to say that this movie is AMAZING!!! Best movie of all time,guaranteed. And Lady Gaga hasn’t entirely ruined it. I thought that her song was alright, but it ain’t something I’m listening to again (until I watch the movie a second time).

Very disappointing. Trying to be Vanessa Carlton now. It just doesn’t work. Sorry. Maybe if she worked with RedOne again she would find another melody in her songs? Looking forward to OneRepublics song, though! 🤗

I like the album, but, I don’t understand why apple downloads it as two, part of the album is one album, and the rest is downloaded as a separate album. Try to merge the two seem impossible. Other than that, go see the movie and buy the album.
