Always applauded the lumineers ability to tell a story, even when certain segments don’t seem very detailed you can dissect the song like a poem and grow an even stronger appreciation for the music

I love the first two albums, they should have waited their customary 4 years and done it right. The first 3 released sound like tracks that didn’t make the cut of the last album. Sad...

Loved this band when they first came out. But it’s sorta like they are just running in place. Chord progressions stay the same, melodies stay the same. Nothing new. Just glad there isn’t as many songs named after women on this one. Somewhat of a breath of fresh air.

The Lumineers never disappoint me. I’m always blown away by their originality and catchy melodies. One of my all time favorite bands and I admire them for always sticking to their roots.

I've worn my Lumineers Playlist, titled "Therapy", out over the last few years and I can't wait to hear the rest of this much anticipated album 🎧

Do you know when you’re thinking about something and someone ask about it and you completely forget what you were gonna say. “ if you wouldn’t have ask me I could have told ya” is usually such a good way of expressing it. Ey?

I’m afraid this band has nothing left to say. Repackaging Sleep on the Floor lyrics three years later is a disappointing start. I hope future released songs sound different. Otherwise, we may have a folk Nickleback on our hands.

A lot of bands only have one good album in them and the Lumineers are one of those bands. Just buy their first album, it's all you really need of them. Unless you like paying for the same slightly reworked songs again and again.

So far not so good... These first few songs seem hollow. There are lines taken directly from earlier albums which I have to think was deliberate but it comes off feeling lazy. The song rhythms and melodies are lacking and missing a lot. Also, the album art is flat out bad and here’s that word again, lazy. I don’t like the 3 stage release plan either. I really hope Neyla (the third member, cellist, and backup vocalist) who departed the band prior to this album wasn’t the real heart, soul, and composer for the Lumineers. I had a feeling after the second album that she was being phased out and not being given fair credit & compensation. A couple years later and she leaves the band, hmm... Bottom line is what we have so far is far from illuminating.

I am obsessed. I’ve been listening to these three songs on repeat since they came out. Love love LOVE this band. (Low-key hoping my name will me he title of a future song)
