Definitely my favorite album of 2010, took ya long enough US itunes! All of the songs are gems, but if I had to pick out the masterpieces: Witchcraft, The Island, The Vulture, Crush, and Self vs Self.
Have been waiting FOREVER to see this on the American iTunes store. Bought, bought again, and then once more for good measure - aside from the radio-friendly (but still good in it's own way) Watercolour, this entire album is a trip and a half. Recommended for any fan of electronic music in general.
Witch craft and set me on fire are by far the best!

This album is by far there best. Love every song on the album :)
Baught watercolour single and this. Money well spent (NOT JOKING)
If you are a Pendulum fan, buy this NOW! If you aren't and want to listen to some new music, buy this NOW! You will not regret it.
Well any pendulum fans definitely wont be disappointed by this album, love it, favourite song so far is island part 2. awesome must listen!
Something very unexpected when I listened to this album. On first listen I was a little disappointed that it didn't have the instant intrigue that Hold Your Colour or In Silico had for me. But the second time through I was hooked. I've never gone so quickly from one extreme to the other. So I could say its an album that will grow on you, but with the aid of some pumping steroid enhanced Pendulum fury. Stand out tracks for me: Watercolour, The Island, Crush, Under the Waves, Encoder, Witchcraft. And I really can't stand 'Self vs. Self' - it doesn't belong here at all.
It’s good but the song length is very short.
OMG. absolutely brilliant. Top songs from the album: Watercolour- 10/10 Witchcraft- 10/10 The Island pt. 1- 9/10 Self vs Self- 9/10 Crush- 8/10.
Immersion Sounds Great but it was kind of a let down..i was expecting more from pendulum would say this is my second favorite pendulum album (in silico favorite) still GREAT JOB PENDULUM!!!! Island pt 1-2 are my favs
What can I say other than... Wow! They've really steped it up with a mix of new sounds and the classic pendulum beat! Love it!
Great album!! LOVE watercolour, witchcraft and crush!! well done keep up the amazing work :D
What an awesome album. Great tunes, fantastic beats and overall an awesome album to experience. Watercolour and Witchcraft are the highlights of an amazing array of fast-beating, adrenaline-pumping songs that are great to listen to any time you like (especially when driving =D). Highly recommended to those who love a high-paced mix of rock and techno. Simply a must own album.
Very electronic, so a slightly different wilder sound, a lot more intense, but still maintaining that epic pendulum sound. The whole album is just awesome, but my particular favourites were Crush, The Island Pts 1 and 2, Witchcraft, Self vs. Self and The Fountain.
If your even a small Pendulum fan, get this album, if your not yet but curious and reading this, get it as it should be a good intro for you (but also make sure you get The Tempest from In Silico!). This album is so good, only one song I skip (self vs self) as I have always hated heavy metal screeming. But the rest is absolute gold. Deffinately reminiscient of In Silico and worth purchasing. The Island part 1 and 2 are just awesome.
A must buy!
Well after their extremely lack lustre and very disappointing second album I was almost ready to give up on them producing another album with the original Pendulum sound that made their first album an amazing peice of electronic art. This album certainly brings back what everyone liked so much about their debut... thank you Pendulum!!! I can't get enough of this!
I dunno how but they keep getting better! In Silico was amazing and now this! This album is amazing. If I could I'd give it 6 stars.
Pendulums new album is insane!.. Almost like every single song and each one is unique and new. Truely kings!
It is a fantastically well done album, and feels very much like an extension of Pendulum's sound, however, it sounds alot more like In Silico than Hold Your Colour. Alot of the tracks on this album are bending and breaking the typical genre that Pendulum often get put in. Theres alot of rock which has carried over from In Silico. 'The Island Pt. I' has a very house feel to it (Who knew Pendulum were as great at house as they were at DnB!?), opposed to 'Set Me on Fire' which is very Dubstep inspired. So people religiously devoted to Hold Your Colour and the "Original DnB Pendulum" may not enjoy much on this album. 'Immunize' and 'The Vulture' carry the strong edginess of The Prodigy. The album is quite strangely put together and some songs feel awkwardly placed and as if they dont belong, particularly 'Self vs. Self'. All in all, its an amzing album and well worth the money. I may have cried when i first listened to 'Witchcraft' it is that good and the transition between 'The Island, Pt. I' and 'Pt. II' is fantastic. Buy it now!
Self vs Self is great! :D They should collab with more metal bands for sure.
Brilliant! Each song is just brilliant! Brilliant!
Well done boys, an absolute cracker!! A must have for all punters!!
Pendulum just get better and better, I absolutly love this album and I hate how people say they hate the vocals. The vocals without a doubt ad to it. Over all best album yet definatly one to buy :)
i love all these songs they are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome i am so gonna bye this album
An awesome album, been listening to it 24/7 since I purchased it!
Great album, made my day. 'The Island' and 'Immunise' are particularly good.
Simply the best DnB so far!!! Love it, love it and love it!!! We gonna paaaaartyyyyyyy!!! Uvidime sa na Slovensku a dame sa dole zase ;)
Self vs. Self Wow that is such a great song Pendulum + In Flames is such a great combo
The latest Pendulum album has provided intense variety and you just know these tracks will sound fantastic performed live. The album improves on their previous album "In Silico" which was their second album since the original "Hold your Colour". Pendulum has grown from the drum and bass duo into a full live drum and bass/live-rock band that continue to produce great tunes. I highly recommend this album including Watercolour, Self vs Self (feat In Flames), Set me on Fire and Salt in the Wounds. Self vs Self is a fantastic drum and bass cross metal track - a completely new direction which fits perfectly into the album at track 13. Set Me On Fire at track 4 is a fantstic dub step tune showing Pendulum entering this new popular genre. If you are a fan I recommend buying this album and listening to it from start to finish and pick the tracks that really do it for you.
this album is just amazing. its so different and wonderful at the same time. The Island, Pt II (Dusk) is... I dont even know how to describe it. just get the album!
Simply awesome
All the songs are just awesome. always loved pendulum but this just make its a whole lot better. Great music to casually listen to or to get crazy to.
- to how good this album is , tho I would have liked it if they put "Ransom" on the album but it's still an EPIC album , "The Fountain" and "Encoder" are my immediate favorties at the moment , F#*K YOU NME !
Best album to date.
My jaw droped when I listened to this album, Amazing!!
This album is just out of this world. This is what Pendulum should have been doing before, this is a must have album for everyone. Good beats and a awesome all around album. Stand-outs: Watercolour, Witchcraft. Go Pendulum!
At the first listen I was disappointed in Pendulum, I wanted something closer to their album "Hold Your Colour" and I found that there was too many vocals. But after a few listens, got into the rhythm and it is a good one. In particular "Crush", "The Island, Part I" and "Watercolour". Give it a go, it is worth the money.
I can't believe it, I'm into so many genre's but this has instantly made my top 5 of all time
This album is brilliant!! I'm bit a big pendulum fan but I love this album :)
THEY OUTDID THEMSELVES MY ONLY FORM OF CRITICISM IS HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY GET ANY F%$KING BETTER IF IT WAS ME ID GIVE IT 10000000000000000000000000...out of 10.
A great album, Pendulum has changed a lot since those generic drum n bass songs. A few different sounds in there, and The Vulture has a face-melting chorus. A definite buy.
One of the best albums I have ever heard. The blend of new styles from Pendulum, such as Dubstep (Set Me On Fire), House (The Island), and even Metal (Self Vs. Self), as well as the classic DnB that Pendulum is loved for, creates an enthralling experience that would blow anyone away. Its like an orgasm to my ears. Had this on repeat non stop since I got it. Good stuff!
I have never listened to a Pendulum song in my life, but I loved this album. I have actually never loved an electronic/drum and bass album as much as I do this one. Anyone doubting this purchase, don't: it is just amazing! If you're only looking for one song, then my favourites are Salt In The Wounds, Watercolour, Crush, Under The Waves, The Island, Witchcraft, The Fountain and Encoder (I know that's a lot of favourites, but take your pick). 5 out of 5 stars!
